I was searching the web for a Sprinter truck when I came across Preferred Motor Cars of New Jersey. They had the vehicle I wanted at the right price. I gave John a call and he gave me thorough information about the vehicle. The only problem was that I was seven hours away in Richmond, VA. But John scheduled an appointment for me on a Saturday to pick up the vehicle and the transaction went great! Even after we left, John followed up with me to make sure I had made it home safely. I love this place!! I never bought a car from a dealership before and I didnt have much money. I had called about a few cars on their website and John told me to wait a week because he had a great Honda coming in. So instead of trying to push the cars sitting on the lot and make a quick sale, he felt that this Honda would be a perfect match for me. So I waited a week and ended up getting a silver v6 Honda Accord for less then 5000!!! I have had he car for over a year with no problems! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a dealer they can trust and want a great deal on a car!

I was passing preferred auto one day and saw a white caddilac deville.i went in and met with john the owner he was a very knowelegable guy.i took the car for a test drive and i fell in love with it.john gave me a great price on it so i bought it.i have had it for two years and it runs like a new car.i have sent 4 of my friends there to buy cars and they all bought cars and suvs and had a great experience also.its not your typical used car dealer were u feel like your getting ripped off.i would never go anywhere else they are really good people.

Ive bought 4 cars from John, and the Preferred Motor Cars family over the years. Each has been just a good as the first---which was great! Not only did John find exactly what I wanted, but if there was ever a problem, theyd have the issue fixed immediately. In one instance they even gave me a loaner. Stellar A+++ service. Bought a car from them, big mistake! 2 months in and I still have a temporary plate with no title to the car! Do not shop here! the car came with a lot of problems and no inspection which I cant get until I have my permanent license plates. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Unfortunately googles makes me give them at least 1 star.

Nothing but the nicest, friendly people there...and thats before you get to the cars. I had only 6000 dollars and they were able to get me into a mercedes suv! Love it. Ask for Jack or John
