MB MotorSports is definitely the way to go if your looking for a quality car/truck. They have re-written customer service and have eliminated the sterotype of pushy salespeople. Most people at dealerships are friendly bc they need to be, as a lot of the time the sale is paramount. At MB MotorSports, the customer really comes first. There are no hard sales and no pressure...its just when your ready we are here to help kinda atmosphere. JC was excellent in finding out what I needed and working with me on the physical car. The financier Danny, was great too. I got the financing through the dealership and wanted to keep my payments low, so I asked him how much more would it have to out down to get the payment lower to where I wanted it...he did the math and it was 3k more which I was prepared for. But before he just took the payment, he went back to the bank to show them Im willing to put more money down and he got the bank to drop over 1% more off the interest. I wouldnt have even thought to ask for that, but he was trying his best to look out. We all know commissions drive people as thats how income is made, but heres another example of them putting the customer first....bc I had a trade in and I was putting down cash, when it came time to GAP insurance, Danny said he has to offer it to me, but he explained the pros and cons and instead of making a sales pitch, he was honest. Bc there was equity in the truck, if something happened and the truck was totaled, GAP would most likely not come into play and that it wasnt really needed. Now GAP insurance is def affordable and great, but in my specific circumstance it wasnt necessary whereas many people who want to put as little down as possible should consider it. Thats why you can trust the whole team at MB MotorSports Even Marty the owner introduced himself to me at the water cooler, and I wouldnt have even know he was the owner. He wasnt flashy boasting he was the owner as many others do, he was just down to earth and real. I actually thought he was just another customer just making conversation with me. He took the time to learn a little about me and seemed very genuine. Bottom line, you wont go wrong here and you can be rest assured there really does exist a dealership where the customers interests are are more important than just a sale. Christina and Jesse are my favorites, they really care about the costumer, they try to fix if its any problem, they want you to make you happy and thats why I choosed this place to get my first car in the USA ... I went to other places and it was totally different here... they made me feel really happy, I also liked because they give you solutions and are professionals. Christina y Jesse son mis favoritos, ellos realmente les preocupa dar un buen servicio al cliente, ellos quieren verte feliz. So I bought a 2010 Mazda3, which was a skeptical consideration at first when I was shopping online to replace my 05 Ford Escape. I was so used to driving an SUV that I didnt think that a sedan would be suitable enough to for my comfort needs. However, I was pleasantly surprised by it on top of the amazing customer service provided to me by the sales team. I had shopped around that day to a number of different dealerships to see a wide range of different cars and at the end of the day, I HAD to return to MB Motorsports if for no other reason than every other sales person I dealt with that day was a joke. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable, offering coffee and water and advice. They gave me full control over my car buying choices and ideas unlike other dealers that like to pressure you into buying from them. They also helped me to find a way to finance my vehicle in the most economic way possible, and then worked with me to find the right price to pay. The sales team all worked together in order to get me help immediately and when I realized that the CD player in the car didnt work they were very quick to offer their help even though it wasnt a big deal to me. Will definitely recommend to others and will be returning if and when I need another vehicle.

My experience with MB motorsports can be summarized into two words, Magnificent and Blissful. I think thats what the M and the B really stand for after visiting them. They provide personalized care and really take the time to have the same person deal with you and your questions. Before coming to this dealership we went to other places and always felt rushed or hurried to put a down payment or to close the deal. However at MB motorsports they let us take our time inspecting and driving the car , answering any questions found on the car fax or about the car. Our salesman Mike Dalton deserves more than 5 stars, he took the time to answer all our questions about the car and continued to follow up if we had any other concerns. He would call me the same day I would email him a random question about the car- providing such great service. The day we finalized the deal on the car , even though Mike was off , we still got such a great and professional service from his other colleagues Mitch , George, and Danny. Such a great team Ive had the pleasure buying my car from.

First & foremost you have your front line professionals to welcome you in to mb motorsports. I was fortunate enough the day I came in to meet with JC Brogden. JC is Top Shelf & I cant say enough good things.... hes Experienced, Knowlegeable, Super Personable, Obviously Enjoys his work & hes got the patience of Job! Vehicles were shown to me & really didnt "fit the bill" for what I was looking for. As time went on & new vehicles became available someone would follow up with a quick call just to let me know what was in that may work for me. I Never had any pressure felt, just a friendly call to see where I stood & to share the new inventory possibility. At the end of the day I Was just able to find the car that fit my needs this week & mb motorsports worked through the process professionally & personally. My satisfaction was their #1 concern. If I wasnt leaving happy it wasnt going to happen. Needlesstosay, Ive left Very Happy & would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a reasonable price with Terrific Staff!

I would not recommend doing business with mb motors. Several years ago I bought a used car there which did not fall under the lemon law. (Due to year of vehicle) Shortly after, the transmission went. Even though it was still under warranty I had to pay over $500. They must have put in s bad used transmission because that one died too. Since it was no longer under warranty they said they couldnt help me . It was making horrible noises when I brought it into a more reputable dealership. They deemed it unsafe & I only got 500. For a vehicle I paid over 7000 for. I realize I was buying a used car and not paying a lot but they totally screwed me. Guess it didnt help that Im female and know nothing about cars. I would not trust this dealership unless youre buying a new car. They left me with a sick feeling in my gut. Totally about getting rid of a piece of junk on an unsuspecting person with limited money to spend. Do not trust these people.
