Very knowledgeable and honest. Took my Volvo in for an oil change. Volvo recently changed the specifics on the type of oil I need. I had received an online quote from the owner. Once there, he saw the sticker that I needed the specific (more expensive) synthetic. He still honored his quoted price, which was 1/4 of the price the dealership wanted. He also explained the need for this oil (since the dealership never did when I was there for my last oil change.) As a woman, you always leave an auto shop wondering if youve been duped....not here.

Clear communication. Spelled out all details repair. Discussed options and explained what to look for going forward. Very fair price for amount of work done. I would not hesitate in recommending him for your repair work. I called VC and the Volvo Dealer repair shop in Edison at the same time. Im driving my repaired Volvo now. Its not easy to find a great, factory trained Volvo Mechanic who is not only highly skilled, but also honest. I found both those attributes in Jimmy and his father. They quickly got to the problem I had and had my 98 V70 running like new again. I wont let just anybody near my car. They use high quality parts. Good people. The Vovo Clinic does expert work at very fair prices. Id highly recommend anyone who wants Master Technician level work done without all the hassle of the dealership to give Vovo Clinic a try. Youll be a customer for life. Even oil changes and basic maintenance is a pleasure, but Jim can do anything, and does it well!

Boy am I glad I dropped my 2007 XC90 off with VoVo Clinic after a local dealer handed me a large list of repairs.
