Bad if not the worst . Second time buyer and........ My first car bought there was a BIG MESS . One week later the transmission was gone and they refused to pay . Thank God I had bought the extended warranty but i still have to pay $200.00 out of pocket for deductibles and some other fees and they still refused to pay for those $200.00 . Trans. repair was $1615.00 . Oh well , 2 years later , lets give this people a second chance and I went there to trade in my car . BIG MISTAKE . Got my new wheels and 3 days later the radiator start leaking . after a few words on the dealer they agree to pay for the radiator . 5 days later (or 2 days after the radiator was fixed) the power sliding door stop working and not to be surprised they refused to pay for it . Before I got the door fixed the AC stop working and again back on the dealer . Funny was as soon I get inside the office one salesman did a not funny comment "AGAIN , Ive never seen a car with so many problems in my life ." After I got mad with this people they finally agree to pay for the AC . All this in the first week and half that I have the car and again with the car at the repair shop for 3 days . Before I bought the car the window sticker said "WARRANTY dealer pays 100% parts and labor" so what can go wrong ? On the bottom of the sticker , in really small print , says "warranty covers motor , trans and drive axles " . Tricky .......... This was my 2 experiences with Stockton Auto Sales so think twice but decide yourself ....................

After reading the reviews for this place on several different sites, I still gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Probably one of the biggest mistakes of my life! Giving them one star is too much. Too bad we cant give them zero! Would never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone. Matter of fact, if time could be rewinded, I would never purchase from them! Shameful, greedy, and deceiving!! STAY AWAY!

I bought a car there and they didnt fix my bumper even after 3 month the didnt call back and I left messages careful with the Guy Felipe her will screw you find another place where they give a dam.Also Have the car inspected if you decide to waste your money with them I had some problems even after passing inspection.Good Luck hope I could help someone!

a bunch of thieves people do not go to them if you need your money. They put wrong parts in the car they overcharge you for the car and Managers are rude they dont know how to speak to customer worst lot ever in Newark,save your time and money do not go there. not even deserve a star
