PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY CAR FROM HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY IM BEGGING YOU. If i could rate this dealership a 0 i would. I have never in my life had an experience like this. My husband purchased 2 cars from this dealership. The first car he purchased was a toyota camry that the dealer said was in good shape. We trusted him because he was nice and gave us a good talk but within 2 months it broke down and left my husband stranded. When we took it to the mechanic he said that it was a previous problem that if we were told about it from the dealer we could have fixed it early and not have been left without a car but my husband again being trusting of these people and in a rush to get a car because he had to go to work, went and purchased a bmw M3 323i. The car "LOOKED" like it was in good shape. But yet again we are in the same position it broke down AGAIN within 2 months. We took it to a professional mechanic and he couldnt believe that they sold us the car like the way it was. He gave us a list of problems that if we would have drove the car any longer could have caused a major accident harming my husband. The mechanic let us know that what they did was fix the car so that it would run 2 to 3 months and so they could sell it and didnt care about the major problems it would give after. We couldnt figure out why when we took the car to get registered they wouldnt pass it. The engine was full of water and antifreeze but they still sold it and the car literally exploded while we were driving. There was a major oil leak that was sealed with a temporary sealer that once dissolved the problem became extremely dangerous. Granted he sold us an as is car, you DO NOT sell people a car that could cause an accident and harm them KNOWING IT HAS PROBLEMS THIS SERIOUS. at least give them a heads up so that they are prepared or DONT SELL THE DAMN CAR. i am so disgusted by their want for money instead of safety. We took care of this car so well ans wasted so much money on the fixes that we knew about only for this to happen. I called the dealer to talk to him and he has yet to return my call. Please people DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

If I could rate this dealer NO STARS I would. Same as Nani Princess , I continued to have extreme problems with my Honda accord. It would shut down on me on my drive to work and I left it with the dealers mechanics for weeks at a time, only to find out that they had to take it to Planet Honda to get the piece of crap fixed. Also like Nani, I asked over and over again to speak with the manager Miguel, whose coward a$s never showed. Craig had the nerve to tell me that Miguel doesnt like to deal with Street $hit. EXCUSEEE ME! I could have almost died and his workers never knew what the h3ll they were doing. Numer One, I work very closely with customers & clients on an everyday basis, and I would NEVERRRR treat my clients with the disrespect that I was treated with. This establishment is absolutely disgusting. Between the unloyalty to their clients, their failure to follow-up, and just the way they conduct business. I asked in the very beginning to swith out the vehicle and they told me no. I drove away with a car with windshield wipers that DID NOT WORK, in the middle of a SNOW STORM. The first month of paying for this vehicle I must have had it for about ONE WEEK. I couldnt even get the decency of speaking with Miguel the dealer owner. Craig, whom of which is an absolute SWEET HEART tried his very best to help my situation. Working an hour away from home and with close to nothing of public transportation, Craig was kind enough to lend his PERSONAL vehicle, which I am sure would not be allowed by the dealer. Long story short, Miguel needs to take more action for his SHOP!!!! You guys should stop "GUESSING" what is wrong with the vehicles and invest in some machinery that could assist you and your below average mechanics. AND WHY HASNT ANYONE CALLED ME ABOUT MY PLATES!!!!!! It is on TWO MONTHS with NO PLATES!!!!! This dealership is a Fu%$ing JOKE! Get your $hit together SERIOUSLY!

Unfortunately, I had to rate the dealership a 1, because it did not allow you to not select any of the stars. I bought my vehicle in November, and they kept my vehicle for 10 days because the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. After, I received my vehicle the power steering started acting funny. My husband and I called for two weeks straight, leaving messages and no one ever called us back. Finally, after appearing on a Saturday, they scheduled us for an appointment. I went and dropped my vehicle that Monday at 8:30am before they opened, and my best friend took my key back to them at 9:17am. At the end of the day around 5pm I called to find out the status. Would you go figure that they didnt even look at my vehicle!! After making another appointment and this happening again I requested that the owner contact me, it never happened. I took my vehicle to a mechanic who informed me that they had put a used rack and pinion on my vehicle that had a leak and that was why I have been having all the issues Ive been having and having to replace ATF oil, literally every 2 days. Since, no one seems to take their business seriously or contact their customers, I have decided to file complaints with the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, The BBB, and file a small claims lawsuit. I also have contacted the Mayor and News 12. If you want some advice- STAY AWAY from this dealer. They have no respect for their customers, and clearly dont seem to care about their customers safety as well!

Bad Credit No credit Guaranteed approval??? Lies and more lies. I got lured into their office today (an hour drive) after having a phone conversation with an associate named Danny yesterday. He assured me that with my trade in I would recieve a credit of up to $1000. I got there did the paper work and was told I needed a cosigner because of school loans -_- THEY SAY THEIR BANKS WORK SPECIFICALLY WITH BAD CREDIT but even If. I went to someone who did not specialize in bad credit I would be offered the same thing to get a cosigner. So what are they really offering???? Totally bogus. I will be filing a report with the BBB... because this should atleast be in the fine print on their website or posted somewhere in their office. A waste of my time, gas and patience. The only reason I gave it one star was because Carl was very nice and empathic towards the situation but you cant buy a car with that can you???? So the complaints will go forth. Dont go dont waste youre time. If you do bring a mechanic.

I must say that I am very pleased with my experience at Brick City Motors. I was greeted within seconds of stepping on the lot by a very pleasant female name Dana. She had such a great attitude that it was very easy to talk to her and get the information that I needed about the car I was interested in. She showed me the truck I was interested in since I saw it online on the website. Then she took me out for test drive and I fell in love with the truck and of course I purchased it. Then I had the pleasure of dealing with the Myra in the office and again she was very professional and was able to help me find the right payment for my truck. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Brick City Motor and I must say that I have pleased with them all. So if you are looking for well maintained vehicles, friendly sales agents, clean place, and reasonably priced vehicle I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRICK CITY MOTORS.
