Ive been to this store twice. The first time to buy marine speakers. They had several in display but none in stool and the clerk said she can unscrew the display and sell them. Wasted about an hour. Went there today with the intention of spending abbr $150 on Barrys things I needed and to return a $20 tube of caulk (unopened in the original bag). We didnt have the receipt and were told tough luck since were not members; not even store credit and wouldnt look it up by the card we used. Went to Wal-Mart and got identical and better items for a lot less than West Marines "sale prices". Ill never go back there!

I attempted to call the store to find out if a certain battery charger was in stock. I finally hung up after being forced to listen to a 60 second pre-recorded sales pitch before actually being able to speak with anyone. I bought the battery charger from Defender.
