An excellent adventure! Right from booking, the Adirondac Rafting Company took great care of us. Answering our questions prior to arrival and adding our niece to the group. Upon arrival we were met by Bob who checked us in and recommended how our children should dress. All of the guides worked together to get us prepped and trained on the adventure. Len our guide was amazing. Our daughter was nervous prior to our departure and he took extra care with her at the beginning. Once on the river it was smiles all around! I would recommend a mid-summer visit with the family. The children in our group ages 15, 13, and 12 were safe and fairly warm throughout the trip. The damn released water gave us level 3 rapids that were exhilarating enough for the adults but yet were not over whelming for the kids. We all had a blast! Although there are many rafting companies on the river, I feel I made the best choice with Adirondac Rafting. We cannot wait to visit again.

Awesome time highly recommend it. They actually specifically open the dam on Indian Lake to provide extra water for better rapids which I didnt know, so even when the water levels look low when you drive to their facility it will actually be at a perfect level. Everything is very organized and all the staff is there to make sure you have a great time. Matt, our guide, was great. He went out of his way to make sure everyone on our raft was having fun. Highly recommend this rafting company.

Hi , Just back from rafting ! wow what a day im pooped ! views off the Idain river and upper Hudson where amazing !! the people where great from the owner to the bus driver ! They all wanted to make sure our day was great ! our guild was TJ he was great !!! took his time knew his stuff !! though my wife has gone in early spring when water is bigger !, TJ found white water to keep us on our toes !! 9 out of ten . bu only because want to go in the big water !! have a great time !! john

Our family (10 of us) went rafting with this company. We had a wonderful and exciting time. I cannot imagine a way to have made this trip ANY BETTER!!!!! My kids were safe and had a great time. The lunch was great, the guides were knowledgeable. Dan kept my little ones safe and Brad took my older ones for a wilder ride! Great photos by Melody and from the PRO Camera we rented for our boats!!!!

From check-in to the pick-up, this company was organized, prepared, knowledgable and patient. We -- a group of nine sassy 20-somethings with no prior rafting experience -- were lucky to be grouped with TJ. He was fun and we felt safe traversing the rapids. An overall awesome experience. Would recommend this company to anyone. We look forward to many more trips with Adirondack Rafting Company!

Our group of six had an amazing day on the river with our guide, Dan. The beauty of the scenery combined with the professionalism of the Adirondac Rafting Company staff made our rafting trip the best part of our Adirondack excursion. Dan was fantastic with our kids, ages 9,12,16 and 17, and he made sure all of the fun was captured on the Go Pro camera. Great time!

We had an awesome day rafting with Dan as our guide. He did a great job with the kids (age 8 and 9) and made it fun for the whole boat. Great class 3 Rapids in the summer were perfect for the whole family. What an awesome stop on our summer road trip.
