The people of this place are very rude to us, and we deserve better customers service. They do not like questions and they just want you spent your money without bothering them. Both referees are horrible because they are lack of direction. We had thirty people and we are playing private ly. The first game is a disaster because the referees just lead us to the field and then go ahead and launch the game without reveal detail of the game. People were simply shot each other and we dont know what to do. After the game, we have to ask referees for the object of each game that we would play. Isnt it something they have to tell us instead of we have to find out from them? They use a noodle to replace the flag without bother to tell us. Our team lost the game because we kept searching a "real flag". Bad service with unprofessional referees. We did not even tip them with their service. We spent more than 3k in total and we deserve better. Follow up: After I read owners response, and I decided to edit my response to address owners response. The referees are pretty rude to us and unprofessional. I decide to complain them and they afraid to tell me their name. They make up their name and I caught them lied to me. when we finished the game, I complained to the staff while we were return the gear. The lady who took our gear seem dont care. Now, you are telling me that you did not get any report of problem. Your response just proof my point. Thank you very much and this is how you treat your customer. This is why, we are going to cousins paintball instead return to your paintball field this month and planning to skirmish in next month. I had been in skirmish in Poconos and their staffs are way more professional than you guys. Thank you for your offer but no thank you. Top gun no more.

It was horrible. I went for a half day, like 12 to 4. And we had a group of 13 and they didnt wanna give us or own field. Thought that was kinda lame but ok. My first complaint is that after we paid they did the 30 min orientation. I play paintball, a lot. Really dont need to hear this crap overt and over. Then finally they let us get air which lasted another 30 mins. Finally my group started to walk to out field that was another 5 to 10 min walk. My group played one round which I missed because I needed CO2 instead of compressed air and I need to wait until everyone else in the world got air until finally the filled my CO2. Ok, so finally I get to the field. I say to myself Ill play the next one on the field. Should be quick. Nope..ended up walking all the way back to the field by the entrance. By now its almost been like an hour and 45 mins. All in all got three games in while being cramped with 40 ppl to one field. Seriously, way to many ppl for that sized field. My other complaint was the paintballs. A case cost 39.99 usually. They charge 79.99 for a case. Really, double? I know you have to make a profit but common. Topgun used to be ok. The first time I went there had a great time. This time I felt like I just threw money in the garbage. NEVER gonna come back. Would rather get fined for playing in the woods than give these greedy ppl another dollar. Topgun, get your properties straight. Ppl came to play "paintball" not go for long walks, wait in lines and be completely ripped off (for the paintballs). If I wanted that I would have just gone to Six flags.

This place assured me that birthday parties were their "specialty". Right now I want to cry over the fact that they ruined my kids birthday, robbed me, and completely embarrassed me and son by not knowing how to handle a birthday party. Nothing they promised me was given. After buying two extra boxes of ammo for my group (which they were sure was plenty), my son ended up firing one bag and he and 8 of his friends were out after 30 minutes. They did not contact me, even after they told me that they would contact me in the event that they would run out. Where was the ref when my TWO EXTRA BOXES OF AMMO WERE BEING DISTRIBUTED? Why was the BIRTHDAY CHILD not participating and it was just looked over? How can you claim there was no contact information when I SCHEDULED A PARTY!!!!!???? How can I be charged for a party that really NEVER TOOK PLACE??? Bottom line, these people are dishonest and lazy. Shame on me for trusting them at their word.

Ive been here many times and played in both open play as well as scenario games. This is a family owned and operated local business and it really shows in how they conduct themselves. If you have any questions or concerns they listen and respond appropriately. A friend of mine came with me last time I played there and had a coupon for a free game from 2005 and they honored it even though I didnt think they would. I cant think of any other business that would honor a 10-year-old coupon like that. They do a good job in separating the less experienced players from the people who come every weekend, or at least keeping teams even. There are lots of refs and if you bring enough people (I think its 20) you can even get your own private ref(s) and play just with your friends. I would highly recommend them for birthday/bachelor parties or even team-building exercises for other businesses.

All of the employees including the management staff were all extremely rude and incompetent, we got there at 2 and they close at 4, we ended up paying 80$ for a case that chopped, 80$ is insane, I have an Lv1 and rarely chop paint but chopped like crazy at this field, all around would never go there again, hopefully they close down so they dont make a bad name for paintball, another upsetting reason I didnt like the place was there were two other groups one of the were probably 5-6 yen to fifteen year olds, they expressed to us how they paid almost 90$ each and only got a chance to play two games. This is terrible for the sport we dont need kids like this having a bad experience, avoid this place at all costs , goto long live paintball or paintball authority which are nearby them. Have an amazing day everyone

In my opinion the best paintball fields in New Jersey, everyone in the proshop are all very friendly and have a great sense of humor. The referees are always cool I never a problem with them and are all around the field when a game is going on. There was this ref who looked like a giant bumble bee but he was cool. Went there two weeks ago and had a blast, the refs are pretty quick to respond and usually when ever you have a problem with rental gun if they cant get it working they call up to the front and get you a new gun. Altogether the place is great, if you want to have a good time make a private reservation and request either Ian, Rocco, Chris p, scrubby, or ryan.

I went there with a group for my bachelor party and had an awesome time. I liked how there was no minimum amount of people to get the group discount. I even got a free T-shirt. Played all day. The fields were great, maintained really well. The staff were cool. If you take your mask off in the middle of a game they will yell at you. I read some reviews that said they were mean. If you get shot in the eye cause they were nice and you didnt listen than Im sure you would have hoped they were more mean. Ive played at a bunch of places and now that they added the Alamo field it makes it in my opinion the best field in the Tri-state area.
