My family and I are on vacation in Ocean City this week and my niece, her father, and I decided to rent wave runners from Bayview Marina. Actual rental day was 7/13/17 at 11am. The price seemed fair and we received an additional $15 off per person for being a Berger Realty renter. This was my niece and my first time on a PWC. Prior to actually getting on the PWC, all riders go through a 5 minute video that briefly covers some rules of boating and safe operational instructions. We were instructed to stay 100 away from all vehicles, whether another wave runner, boat, etc. After the first lap around the operating area, all riders were told they could and were suggested to ride within "their personal comfort zone". It seemed I became much more comfortable than others in my group. During our 1 hour session, I was stopped twice by two "instructors" telling me to stay the required 100 from other water craft, which I abided by, or I thought I did. It is very hard to judge what 100 on the water is but I know approximately what this distance looks like. The second "instructor" advised me that "I was only 10 feet from another PWC" (that I know was not the case) and that he was not "f.....g around" and to stay the required 100 away. The profanity he used was not necessary and completely out of professional conduct! I think this employee probably has anger issues and should not be working with the public, nor someone who should be enforcing boating rules and regulations. I also hope that the management of Bayview Marina does not promote this type of behavior, regardless of how inexperienced their customers are to the operation of their equipment. I do realize that safety is of the utmost concern for the establishment, employees, and all people on the water. I was disappointed of how this individual spoke to me but glad that my niece nor any other minors were within ear shout to hear his vulgar instruction. I would not recommend taking younger people here to have fun, nor anyone who could be easily offended with inappropriate behavior.

Absolute worst experience ever! Arrived 20 minutes prior to our reservation at 1pm. We waited in a long line for another 20 minutes, watched a 10 min video, then told to grab life jackets, and proceed to end of dock. Well, they were out of life jackets. I asked the woman at desk if she had anymore, she said they would have at end of dock. We get to dock, they asked where our jackets were, we said they were out and that we could get them here. The kid looked at me like I talked a different language! Not only was that frustrating, they were 10+ people ahead of us waiting for jet skis too! By this time its close to 2pm (our reservation was for 1pm), I proceeded to ask how long the wait was and the kid said at least an hour! I couldnt believe it!! They were not very nice or sympathetic to the fact that we had reservations. We left the dock, retrieved our deposit and belongings, and walked down street to Wet n Wild. They were very nice and accommodating. Avoid this place,,,its like a cattle call. Go to a place where the customer matters!

Made reservations at 2pm to ride the Jet skis at 3pm. Show up at 240 for our turn to ride but there were some ppl in front of us making reservations for 4pm. When its our turn at the counter an older woman from the back comes out and tells us things got backed up and they are booked up for the day. The younger girls in the front say oh no they have reservations for 3 right now. The older woman says well I dont know what happened but we are booked! My friend said u cant be booked for the day you just made 2 different reservations for 4pm for those 2 parties over there (and points to them)1 minute ago! She said well we are booked up for the rest of the day come back tomorrow. Even the younger woman working in the front was staring at her with a look of disbelief. We are 3 black man in our 40s who took a day off from work just trying to enjoy the jet skis after doing a little fishing! SMH oh well Wet n Wild it is for now on!!!

Bloody Girl this past Saturday 8-20-11. I personally watched this company on Saturday try to do a Triple Tandem flight. The rope snapped and they landed in the water. Apparently the bar they attach you to between the chute and your seat is not well padded. Apparently it landed on the girls face and cut her face up. Her face was all bloody and she was crying. So the captain trys to put on a bandaid. I yelled over "get some pressure on the wound and get her to a hospital". They took her to the hospital while another boat gathered up the chute. I heard from the former boat captain they were using a brand new captain with very little parasailing experience. Just my personal recomendation...I would check with the captain and ask how much experience they have in Parasailing. If less than a year Id try another company.

FYI! FYI! FYI! DO NOT FILL OUT AND SIGN THE FORM THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU IF YOU DID NOT AGREE WITH THEIR TERMS!!!! If you do that they will grab your signed forms and they will call the cops and tell the cops that it is their right to keep the forms even if you did not complete the business with them by paying them. YOU JUST GAVE OUT YOUR PERSONNAL INFORMATION TO THEM! And they will have the nerve to tell you... "we do not want your business here". This business place is a bigtime hell. They choose the people they want to give service depending on the kind of moods they have. For all your safety... me and the rest of the people complaining in this business place are telling the truth. DO NOT BE A VICTIM LIKE ALL OF US PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS PLACE. GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE LEGIT! Always remember that.

Employee/ tour guide used his waverunner to purposely shoot water at my girlfriend and I when questioned about our wrong doing. Being a boat owner myself I am very familar with the ideals of boating traffic etc. When questioned about the situation the tour guide became very aggressive and started speaking to me as if I was a child. If you do not want someone to do something simply because the people around you are lacking experience, that is fine. However, getting upset over someone questioning you and then choosing to possible cause harm to them by using your waverunner to shoot water at their face is an absolute joke. One of us could have been seriously injured if we were hit directly in the eye. This is not a joke and is a prime example of how lawsuits arrise.

Worst "professional" place weve ever been to. After stopping where he was instructed to, to adjust himself on the jet-ski, my boyfriend was T-boned hard by some random girl who was also on a jet-ski. Completely her fault, yet we were stuck paying the $400 bill for the damage just because he was on the jet-ski that was damaged. After asking to see the form that we signed, where the manager claimed it was stated as being a rule, she denied us permission and told us it was "against the law" to see it once it was handed over to her, which is absolute bullshit. The female manager was extremely rude, and immature and had the audacity to laugh in our faces throughout the whole ordeal. COMPLETE RIPOFF AND NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!
