This store is poorly run. I never leave reviews but thanks to Google and the convenience of a simple review button after a google search for this staples so that I could call them to make sure my print was ready. From time to time, I have to be a little aggressive to get print jobs done as employees here are super slow and drag their feet. They are very lackadaisical. They really dont care about the immediacy for your print job. Their USB printer machine would not read my USB (3 time in years... the thing never works). A kind person did help me but he could only take the order (and my money) and had to wait for the printers to print the job. Situations like this has happened many times. In the middle of a move and my printer is packed otherwise, I wouldve printed my project myself. Youre better off buying a printer and printing your jobs at home or going to Kinkos over by Exchange Place. Also, my son once forgot his library book in the store. I called and they confirmed they had it and it was put in a drawer in customer service. Apparently an employee within their store stole it because when we went back minutes later (I lived across the street), the book was gone. The store manager nor the person who originally found the book could find the book.

The worst retail experience I have ever had. Went to get a package shipped, instead of helping me some kid in the print copy department got an attitude with me and told me I needed to use the automated system because he was too busy (I was the only person in line). After spending 30min trying to fugue out their system I printed my labels and and waited ten more minutes being ignored until I physically walked over to the associate and asked him if I did it right. He said I did and told me to get a box "Over there." There were no boxes in the size I wanted. After 10 more minutes of waiting to be helped I asked the manager (A frumpy looking guy in what looked to be sweat pants) for help. He told me Id have to buy a box from a different part of the store. At this point I had been in the store for an hour and was 10min late to work. I told the manager forget it and left. I will never be returning.

Found a good deal on a computer equipment on weekly sales ad? This store will likely be out. The sale associate will try to find it in the stockroom, and will come back out empty handed after 15 minutes of may be taking a nap there. So you want to backorder with them so you can pick out? Theyll waste half an hour more trying to look for the non existing product in their stockroom again, and finally tell you to go home and order online. This store has 3.5 % sales tax because of the economic zoning. Why would I order online if I can order from the store? These people do not have 2 brain cells to rub together.

I went in with my mother just to browse around, looking at computers since I dont have one for myself. We passed by the phone section like we always do, looking around at the pretty new phones, etc. An employee actually told us about the deal and promotions, which intrigued my mother to say the least. So we came back the next day, and wanted to see if she could get an S4 with the deal. We were able to get one for herself, and me, and get major discounts on cases and micro sd cards. Id been going to that staples for about 8 years now, and its really come around within that time.

If only no stars was an option. AWFUL customer service and they are proud of it. I wanted to drop off a ups package, the guy pointed to a terminal and said "you do it there". I asked what he meant. He said "ring it up over there" pointing to the terminal again. I informed him that he worked there, and I shopped there. Finally he walked over and did it....slowly and haphazardly. Avoid at all costs. I do now.

This place has quite a few bad ratings, its only fair that I post my good experience here. I took my 5-year-old Apple laptop here for a repair after the Apple store in Manhattan told me my computer was too "vintage" for them to fix. The manager was friendly and helpful, he sent my computer out and it was back and repaired within a week.

The place has most of the things you may need but the service isnt great. One of the cashiers was speaking so quietly that it was hard to understand him. It seems as nobody is working there and it is hard to find somebody to help. This store feels empty inside as there are almost no customers inside and the staff is never around.

The manager is a complete jerk. They told me one thing on the phone and after driving 45 minutes to get there, told me another. The manager was unapologetic and the employee was actually behind the counter eating Dunkin Donuts looking befuddled. The employees at this store should all be let go.

I noticed this place gets a bad rep, but my experience was totally fine. I went to get something printed and laminated; the colors werent quite right when I went to pick it up, so they redid it quickly for me without giving me a hard time or charging anything extra. So thumbs up for that!

You pay to have something rushed only to be told you cant pick it up when they promised it would be ready. Im so happy I didnt pre-pay for my order. Dont come here if you have deadlines to meet. How hard is it to print 40 pieces of paper? You had 5 hours ...

Went to make copies. All but one copiers were broken. Went to make copy on the one copy machine that was working and it got stuck on the how much this copy will cost info. I stood there for 5 mins and nobody was around for help so I left never to return.

Great customer service. Peter really helped me out with my printing needs despite my having several snafus while printing. He was patient and helpful. The staff bound the books for me much faster than I expected. A good experience!

bad attitude, bad customer service, we have to wait for more than half hour for buying a computer, employee was ignore us, bc we did not want to buy the promotion package. and they also dont have many inventory also. dont go there.

I gave them 25 pages to scan and store on a USB drive in 4 documents. They charged me $15. When I checked the drive on my home computer, there were 4 empty documents. I would never go to Staples for scanning documents again.

Signs and answering machine states that they open at 8am ,I was there at 8am along with 30 other people no employees in sight,,,I left and came back at 9am and it still wasnt open store didnt open until 10:30 smh

My experiences here have been wonderful. Great stuff, helpful staff, organized photocopying routine. I really appreciate this Staples store, its one of the best Ive been to.
