Two out of two times, the copy and print center has gotten it wrong! First, I had ordered business cards a couple months ago and when I went to pick them up, they were Not done, in fact, they didnt know anything about the order. Then, when I went back later that night, I had to wait even longer. Second, I ordered a banner for my business and called upon placing the order and then about 5 hours later. I was told the order would be complete in 2 hours. When I went to pick it up, it did not have grommets, which were on the order. The staff seemed surprised that it was on the order and could not do them right away because they had other orders. Once I get my banner today, I will Never use this Staples again. Though the girls have been nice, this is an unacceptable way for a business to operate. Where is the management??

The reviews below must have gotten lucky! I have been there many times and 3 times I was totoally neglected as their customer. They continued their own personal conversations and didnt acknowledge that i was asking for assistence. Do not go there if you really need help in picking out something, because you will not get the help they promise. Over 4 employees, empty store, and they couldnt handle a customer. Geeeezzzz! They definitley need new staff asap if they want to stay in business! I go there for the the convinience that it is only a few minutes away! Never Again!!!

Worst experience ever this dude call andrew in the printing section toll me he would have ready my petition after 5pm and since i was in a rush i did not have time to stay so i told him i will comeback next day morning. He said he would have it ready and now that im here nothing have been done about the work i request. How can a bussines can trust other bussines to have some of my job done ether way they get pay for. This is a shameless printing station just for workers like andrew just pure irresponsible and a lier to me and more people.

Sorry guys but I had a horrible experience here today - staff was fine but nothing was working. I came in to print a lousy 4 pg document in color and the printing lady behind the counter was stuck with a customer... so I tried the color printer, that was down, went back to the counter no luck, back to the printer no luck, they told me to use the PCs there and print to the other printer, well guess what - that computer was down. waster 30 minutes at a time that I was in a rush. No way to manage a printing center this way.

I dont usually write nasty reviews but this really upset me.. I had the worst experience ever with this location. I have a business and always use staples for my business needs. I was at the copy center and waited 4 hours for them to print some pages and laminate them. They had 1 employee at the copy center and their was a crowd of angry customers waiting as well. It was such a frustrated experience. They also messed up my lamination but I just left because I didnt want to wait any longer. Dont ever go there.

Shop online instead. İf you must dont check stock online at all. Their online may show an item in stock but when you go to the store they can tell its not in stock. Like what happened to me at 3 different locations. In one location especially they told me an item wasnt in stock on the phone then I went inside the store and checked the shelves and found it sitting on a shelf. Like I said shop online. Its not worth the headache.

Worst service at printing department. A Saturday morning. Im the only customer and this guy takes 20 minutes to print 2 pages. Really? He blames the computer software and it turns out he was printing something else that wasnt mine. The at check out he starts looking at his phone and texting while the line gets bigger. Always the worst experience when I come print here. Please save yourself sometime and go somewhere else...

Staff is clueless. No experienced personnel in copy print department. A simple task is completely daunting for them. Ask them to do 11x17 center staple booklet and they look at you like a deer in headlights. This has been my experience in most Staples. Either they dont train them properly or they dont know how to hire. Not to mention their self service Xerox copier machines always have problems. Ridiculous

Went here to get two pages laminated. Three people hanging around acting like management telling me the girl who does this will be with me in a moment. Shes busy helping someone with a large print job and the moment slipped away. Awful customer skills. Never going here again, one time the service here was good but I dont see the same people.

Everytime I go there, the copy, fax, and credit card machine does not work, theres always a problem, but luckily you have a employee that was able to help me, she works at the copy and printing counter, you should be proud of having her as a employee..

Ive dealt with the store few times. Yes, many employees are not knowledgeable about certain things and this applies to any retail store nowadays but they always made right decisions.
