Then I went to this store on route 17. Employees were kind, they took the job, printed it right away, perfect and god priced. Thanks a lot I needed some pages printed in transparency paper. Went to this store after going to Hackensack Store 3 times where they told me different excuses every time. Finally I had to take to hackenshack store my own paper and they tryed to charge the price of a transparency print for just printing b/w on my paper, because they said "as its a transparency we have to select transparency at the register and that will be the price". I complained because I alreadt had paid a lot for the paper in the very same store. They finally said they wont do the job because they dont accept paper that could jam the printer... !!! So they sell ink/laser compliant papers that can jam MY printer???

I was in the new store on Route 17 south and the manager who is of Hispanic descent was extremely rude when I asked him for help... He practically laughed in my face and dismissed my request for help with printers. However, when he saw my husband who is white (he didnt know we were together) he asked him if he needed help (FYI my husband didnt even ask him for help). It really irks me when minorities discriminate against other minorities and then wonder why they are discriminated against by non-minorities. So because of the managers deplorable actions, Staples lost a $900 sale and two customers to Office Depot!!

I liked nothing about this store I went here for an upgrade on my phone. After waiting for hrs they still didnt know what the hell they were doing. They told me my voice mails would be transferred from old phone to new phone. These were voicemails from my deceased husband. These idiots lost them forever. Verizon couldnt even help. They are incompetent and instead of taking care of one customer at a time. Thesee two incompetent employees took care of 20 people at once. Between the two of them they still screwed it up. Noone I know will be visiting your store in paramus EVER!!!#

Ive never had a problem with the service at this store and Im there all the time. Ive actually found it to be far superior to the Staples in Hackensack that I used to frequent. The employees have always treated me courteously and been very helpful. If you need an office store in Bergen County, Id go to this one.

Ordered online and had my items delivered to the store- got an email my item was delivered but no email to pick up. Waited on hold for 25 mins and was hung up on- drove to the store only to have them explain they dont know wher it is. Not worth the time or inconvenience - just shop on Amazon

i was very impressed with the help i received from the store manager- Juan. Just when i was at the peak of my frustration and totally fed up with staples- he came through and went out of his way to assist. Good to know, as a small business owner, that i have a "go-to" place for my supplies

I have no real complaints about this Staples. The prices are inline with other free standing office stores(not many left). The customer service is not bad, but they are not into really going the extra mile.
