Horrible Customer Service!! I have been calling for over a week to check my order status and nobody answers or returns my call. Now the recording says the voice mail box is full. I also sent an e-mail and no response. Today instead of pressing #2 for customer service I pressed #4 for the show room and at last someone anawers and one of the items I ordered is in backorder and I ordered it over a month ago...no excuses....terrible CS....period

Dont order from here! Just received package this evening, all the numbers and logos are hanging off of both of my kids uniforms and what numbers remain intact are so horribly placed and lopsided. Missing the most expensive item, although packaging receipt says packed! Over 400 dollars spent between both kids, and this is the quality of thier numbering? First and last time I will ever order from here. Just left VM and awaiting response.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Long wait times. My sons first soccer tournament is this weekend and they told me the uniforms are ready but if I want them shipped out, I have to pay them an extra $20 to "expedite the order". If I do not pay them the extra money, they will hold the order until next week! WTH? what kind of crappy customer service is this? Steer clear of this company.

Horrible customer service. Every time I call their answer is " I dont know" and they dont even try to help get that information. I hate that our club uses this company. We are expected to guess sizes when ordering uniforms. We dont have access to samples. And they cannot provide measurements. If planning to use them for your club team, think again. Find a local store that actually cares.

Terrible quality. Our soccer team "had" to use Ewing sports for US Soccer mandated uniforms. All the numbers fell off, for every uniform, for every team member, and had to be replaced at the local sports store. You would think I was exaggerating; I wish I was. The only option given to us by Ewing Sports was to return it. How do you do that in the middle of the season?

I ordered a pair of sweatpants, I ordered an extra large and they give me a youth large. I called them 10 times and they never picked up. I emailed them and they said I ordered it as a YL, when I clearly remember ordering an AL. They said they would give me a discount and I emailed them back. Its 4 months later and they never respond. Please do not order from Ewing.

Its a realy good store and its been around for a realy long time. There were lots of wierd rumors about the one of the owners but hes not there anymore. I like supporting local businesss so Im much more comfortable shopping for my kids teams there now.
