I thought I was doing something pretty simple – I was interested in buying a Fuel Belt, so I called Fleet Feet to find out if they carried them. I could get it at Amazon, but I wanted to be able to see it and examine it before making the purchase. The person who answered the phone said that they carried Fuel Belts, so I drove there after work, only to find out that they did not sell anything from the Fuel Belt product line. They did have something similar, but it relied on clamps to hold the bottles in place, and even the salespeople could not show me how to easily remove and replace the bottles – it was a poorly designed piece of junk. Maybe they didn’t think I knew what a Fuel Belt really looked like, but lying to potential customers about what you do (or don’t) have available for sale is not a good business strategy.

Ive been coming here for years. Service is always great. It might seem expensive, but they guarantee that youll love your running shoe. I got a pair similar to a model I had been using for years and it wound up hurting my feet after a few weeks of runs. I brought it back and they exchanged it for another pair. What that pair did the same thing, they exchanged it for a different model... all free of charge. Where else can you take back your dirty shoes because they hurt your feet??? Well worth the cost!

Great experience. They really helped me find the best fit shoe for my runs by providing me options and even running a short distance with me outside of the store to try the shoes out! I would definitely recommend to a friend and purchase from them again.

Fleet feet has a great selection of the best running shoes. Mike, the manager, was really helpful and gave me some good advice on picking a shoe that would be best for me. I ended up with a great pair of Asics that Im really happy with!
