Lazy people!!! Ordered a gun from them on Gunbroker 2 weeks ago and they processed my payment that same day. They have yet to ship my gun. Every time I call its a different excuse. Do not be swindled by these people. They dont care about customer service at all!!! Now when I call they ignore the phone. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.They even tried to tell me they were shipping my Handgun via ground (illegal) and thats why it is taking soo long. I would never do business with them again and I will Be getting a refund asap.

Drove up to Barryville / Port Jervis from NYC last weekend for some kayak fishing on the Delaware. After coming up dry on the river, we stopped in this shop and were provided with very useful advice on great fishing spots and the best type of baits/lures to use for that particular day. Within 20 minutes of launching back on the river, we were catching small mouth by the half dozen. A+ for friendliness, service and knowledge of the area. All you could ask for in a sporting shop. Thanks so much.

I dont know what the other comments are talking about unless they had someone different in there which is possible. All the timea Ive been in the woman working there was very helpful and friendly and we had a nice conversation every time I was in. Besides the excellent customer service its a nice little shop with a huge selection of guns. I live over an hour away but Id rather do my business here than any of the places by me!

Terrible place to do business with!!! My husband bought an Ar-15 from them and when he went to the range it jammed every other shot. These ignorant people did nothing to remedy the problem and even hung up on me when I called. They refused us a refund and were extremely RUDE. Bottom line, do not do business with them!!!

They sold me a stolen gun on gunbroker, and blew me off when I tried to recover the money I lost.. the owner is a real dirt bag. If I didnt live all the way across the country i would pay a visit.

Bought a gun there no problems I didnt see they are lazy they helped my wife and me everytime we go in I know reviews cam be good or bad and treat people how you want to be treated
