I have nothing but terrific things to say about the entire staff . I am a repeat customer and have just purchased new Taylor made irons , Driver, and a 56 Nike sand wedge . These were 3 seperate purshases spanning a few month period of time . Each time I was treated very professionally, and each time the staff was very patient with me . The sand wedge was found for me by a very knowledgeable young man who went out of his way to find me the correct bounce to hit off very tight hard pan . Everyone in the store is singing off the same page , make the customer a friend which they did with me !! Peter Clarke the operations manager was especially helpful on numerous occasions for me and is just a great guy !! I just wish I could remember the name of the young man who helped me with my sand wedge . Its made a huge difference!! I bought it last Tuesday 10/18/16 around 130 in the afternoon. He was working with Peter . There was also a gentleman there who was very helpful with my new bag I bought that Tuesday as well . Peter Clarke is definitely the straw that stirs the drink . Great leadership as well as honed customer service skills . I will be back since I could never imagine not buying from this kind of staff !! Great job guys . Jack Guarino

Ive been in this store a bunch of times over the last couple years, and every time the staff manages to put on an even worse display of customer service than before. This past time going in, I had every intention of buying a new hybrid. My wife and I went in at 8:30 after eating dinner (store closes at 9). There were about 3 or 4 employees by the front register when I came in and they all looked annoyed that I had the audacity to come into their store 30 minutes before closing. I told one of the employees I wouldnt take long, but wanted to try to the club before buying it. He reluctantly set me up in a hitting booth and walked away -- and never came back. The computer stopped working immediately and I couldnt even get a feel for the club because he disappeared. We looked around for someone and when I found someone he yelled out "hey, were closing soon!" Without asking if I needed any help -- It was still 20 minutes before closing. This is just the latest of my terrible experiences here. Friends of mine have had similar experiences and wont go back. This is the last straw for me. Im done with this Golf Galaxy.

This place sucks Had a recent fitting with Noah. Thank God I knew what I wanted because he was clueless. He kept asking senior fitters questions and helping someone else while helping me. The senior guys were rolling their eyes at him. He is the most retarded employee ever. You cant have a clueless kid work at a place where someones love of golf and clubs for 5+ years is affected. This place sucks. Too bad Golfsmith is gone

The inventory is outstanding but the people doing the fitting are rude and, make you feel rushed. They do not allow much time, so you cant really ask any questions. Some people need to hit a few balls to find their swing to be fitted. Everyone is not a Tour Pro. I have taken my business elsewhere and would encourage you to do the same if you want to be fitted.

Super helpful staff and the shelves are always stocked. Popular sizes in Apparel go quickly, but the sale rack is always full. Go get your gear!
