They are the worst company to deal with. The owner Terry (i was told by her) was extremely rude when i reached out to her to rent the golf carts. They dont need business from other customers bec. they deal with the US Open apparently. They were 4 hours late to bring the cart to my event, the scheduled time was before 8am the day of the event. One of their trucks broke down and no one even had the common courtesy to call the me to let me know that they are running late. I called at 9am asking where the golf carts were and was told what happened, no apologies, nothing to make things right. When the guy finally arrived i took the cart only to find out an hour into the event that the horns are not working on the golf cart. I called them right away about it and Terry & Andrea both responded with "all our golf carts dont have working horn Really?? Anyway few days after my event i was hoping for an email or a call trying to apologize explain the situation but none of that happened. So today i picked up the phone and called and of course got Terry on the line. I again talked to her about my concerns and the fact that the golf carts had no horns. She responded with did you ask for a working horn on your golf cart? I asked when i rent a car do i ask if the car has a working horn, brakes that work etc? She replied by saying "well thats what happens when you assume". As for being late her response for that was "did the contract say the cart will be there by 8am" and yes my fault for not making sure that was on there but in all of my email correspondences leading upto the contract it clearly stated that 8am is the delivery time and she always responded with ok. So i told her i am taking this up with my credit card company and she actually had the gall to hang up on me. I am going to alert everyone out there to be very careful and i am reporting them to the better business bureau as well right after i post this comment. This is utterly ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.

We wanted to test out a golf cart before purchasing one to make sure that it would fit our needs, so we did a 1 month rental from Tri-State. They delivered for free and picked up for free. I was told most of the rentals did not have headlights or anything like that so I asked if there was anyway to get some headlights on it for safety reasons .They added headlights to a golf cart for us and they did it for free. They were a pleasure to deal and overall it was a good experience. We will definitely be purchasing a golf cart from them next summer.

We use Tri state to service our golf cart at work. They are helpful friendly and professional. Ive never had a bad experience with them. I found Teri very easy to deal with. Id recommend these guys for all of your golf cart needs.
