Dont let the pictures fool you...this place is constantly trashed. Every single time Ive gone into this store its an unorganized messed. They basically make the front area neat and organized and once you travel into the belly of the beast, youre bombarded with stuff falling off shelves, empty racks, employees that either dont care or literally dodge you so they dont have to help you, and almost always NO ONE in layaway. Layaway is the ONLY reason I still shop there. The employees look to be about 16 to 20 years old in average and you only ever find one or two on shift that will bother helping you with anything. The selection leaves much to be desired. Their prices range from "OMG this is a great deal" to "you want how much for this old ass item??". Ive been shopping here since I was a child in the early 90s and the place has not changed since then. Kmart is notorious in the retail history scene for being one of the only (somehow) surviving retailers to not have updated their stores since probably the mid to late 80s. Everything is antiquated, dark and depressing. It honestly feels like walking through the the 90s version of the valley of death. Please just kill this company off while you still can.

Put my sons Christmas presents on layaway a lil after thanksgiving I did two layaway that day and for some reason I was given two totally different layaway one holiday one extended I asked for extended. Now apparently my order has been cancelled tried speaking to a manager and was put on hold for 45 min I finally hung up I work two jobs layaway was convient now a week before Christmas I have nothing for him this is the worst customer service I didnt even receive a cancellation email on of the girl shonda who assisted me isnt on the layaway she messed up on but she is the one who assisted me with both transaction and I go do a live chat problem not fixed but was offered five percent off my next web order thanks Kmart guess Ill give my son that for Christmas

Walking into this store is like entering a time machine back to the 1980s. The ceiling is low and claustrophobic. There are mix and match floor tiles everywhere. The aisles are short, making the store a kind of maze to get around. It is poorly stocked and messy. There are not enough signs to indicate prices and promotions. I could only fine one price check scanner in the entire store. The prices on most items are not competitive. You can find better deals elsewhere.

1) You can get some good deals here. 2) No price check scanner. 3) Candy selection during Halloween is awesome. 4) NEEDS SERIOUS REMODELING. 5) They need to change the Yellow florescent tubes to bright while LEDs 6) Parking lot is a bit sketchy.
