Wow down right the worst. Figured save 300 and come here instead of jos a bank for a suit. Well it took us over an hr to find just a normal size because the hangars were all screwed up and NO HELP. They freaking suck. Then i ask where is fitting room and lady mumbles and points. WTF. Never coming again! Hopefully they email me.

The lady at the fitting room asks you to bring the clothes back out of the room. Well, thats ok. But she also does ask you to put them back on hanger. I mean why would we? Thats her job. Thats the only job she has. And that too she asks you to do. Why is she there then? Thats disappointing.

How can you only have 2 fitting rooms per area? Waited 30 mins to have my son try a pair of jeans definitely left without buying anything. And customer service sucks big time. They have no idea how to speak to customers. Definitely never coming here again.

The sales people were patience , kind and very hands and interactive with me. Coupled with courtesy and professionalism. Its a win win. I will definitely recommend this Penneys.

Never enough people on registers. Long lines and long waits even early on a weekday morning. Im no longer going to shop at this jcpenney. Same thing every time I come.

Lines way too long!! One register open with 8 customers in line!! Asked if they were going to open more, no they dont have anyone else! Next time shop on line!!

The lines are so long the registers are so slow. Now on line for over 2 hpurs .its a nightmare. And probably I need at least 45 min to reach a registers.
