They are amazing the manager is really good he helped me out a lot. I came in and was approached by Charlie he told me all about the phones they had I was coming in for a Galaxy and left with a brand new iPhone. They helped me a lot and made my phone bill very inexpensive absolutely a come back. The sales representative before when I used to come in was a complete ***hole but the new workers are just amazing. When I mentioned my expirence before the manager deeply apologized to me and made me regret not coming in.

Unprofessional, nasty, and insultive. The employees that work there (one of which are named Johanny) are unaware of what they are doing. During your first visit they will wisk you into their folley, and then you will realize you have been fooled post signing a contract. Beware you will be cheated out of your money. So beware of the isms and sqisms of Sprint! THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS THIEVES! P.S. I only gave one star because it is required by Google.

Omg...what kind of a place is this...in 2017, people are advising me different place in iselin to visit....could not offer me current deals and this place is whole lot of mess... I think sprint must start closing its network with these ki d of people around.... I dont even want to give 1 star for this location... Please avoid it.

If there is negative star, I will give -10 stars. Clueless, lazy and disinterested lying staff. Why sprint even bothers to maintain this store. This store is on their close list ? Absolute waste of time. HORRIBLE experience. Save your time and do not use sprint.
