The worst expericen ever. First of all, the manager of this store is totally unqualified and unprofessional because he cant even check AT&T system correctly. I have to call AT&T customer service center by myself to tell him that I am the authorized user for account. According to the customer service, all info supposes in their system but the manager just cant find it. Second, there is no "management" over there. the manager told me that his two service reps are serving other 2 customers and let me wait for it. I wait there over an hour just for simply upgrading my iphone. During the waiting, the manager only sat on chair and sliced his phone. He doesnt even check out why both the reps took over an hour for their only customer or try to resolve their problems. Finally, the attitude of this store is horrible. During the waiting, I saw other three customers cant stand the waiting and left. The manager and rep didnt say a word. Their attitude just basically told you that you should go to somewhere else and stop bothering me. In the end, I didnt get my new iphone because they said they are out of stock. We actually had other store check the inventory first before we went but I guess that how this store operates. Unprofessional service with inaccurate info for the entire store. This is my unbelievable experience for this AT&T.

This is the most unmanaged ATT store Ive been too. We spent an hour trying to solve a problem which they couldnt. And the ATT reps gave us the most incorrect information at all time. Even standing in the store they asked us to call ATT customer care on the phone. While doing a complex number porting one rep once said you have lost this number while I was actively takling on the same number. They do not know what they are talking about. Even the manager isnt too knowledgeable. The 4G wasnt working on one of the unlocked phones which I got for my new line. They said they cant touch unlocked phones. They can only work with att bought phones. Really?? What am I supposed to do with my data not working? They say call att customer care. Why on earth do they have a store presence then? Please save some time and go to a store with better reps. My work got completed in less than 10 minutes at the North Brunswick ATT store.

Worst salesmen I have ever came across. They offered me a deal to trade in my device and then backed off. Sales manager is a liar and his entry crew is bunch off school kids. even though i went back to my original carrier still at&t sent me a bill for over $650 and in my bill i had two other lines which i have no clue about. seems like they are misusing my account. they lied to me to get business. shame on At&T

Yesterday my fiancé and I went to this store and a young man working there was beyond rude to us! He told us that it was not possible to transfer photos from one iPhone to the new one that we wanted to buy. The funny thing is that we found another AT&T that did this for us with no problem!

Very bad experience .....from the store manager to the rep....nasty attitude..not willing to help
