These People are not helpful at all. I went there for my upgrade. It was actually a cross upgrade which is an absolutely legal and a part of service of at&t , but i dont know how they take me they tell me that " I am trying to do fraud " . Thats how they treat customers ! Even i tally with the 611 customer support and they also says its all right and i can definitely do that and i should do complain about that. thats i already did. And Also i get my cross upgrade done from other store without any hesitation. Please be careful and if possible avoid Bad service. Thanks

I went to the store the people there gave me undivided attention answered all my questions and then I changed from t moble to att&t. People there are great and I definitely recommend people to go there!!!!

Stopped by to cut my and my wifes SIM cards form micro to nano. One was cut fine the other stopped working afterwards. They wanted to charge me 10 bucks for new SIM card!!!!
