I would only give this place half a star if I could. Very very rude people. If you want to switch to sprint youll probably be better off going anywhere else. Make sure you back your previous phone up before you go, because they cant help you after they take your old phone. My mom called to ask if the could upload her photos from her previous phone to the cloud, they responded they would get right on it. They did not even ask for her phone number to confirm with her when they would be done. She called back half an hour later to discover they deleted all of her photos. Now theyre trying to turn it on her that she requested her photos be deleted. my family will be switching back to Verizon

The entire staff is rude. Sprint in general is impossible to deal with but this store takes it to a new level. My wifes phone that is under warranty and insured will take 3 days to replace. No offer of a loaner, no trying to see if another store has the phone in stock. They just ordered one with out consulting us and didnt offer any options. When I tried to ask if they could look for another phone they just walked away and ignored me. At least the service line attempted to find another phone for us. But they failed as well and we got three different stories from the people we talked to. I am changing carriers.

Have been to many Sprint stores and this store is by far the rudest. If you get your phone repaired, make sure its really repaired. Twice they said it was fixed but the problem still existed. The only way to get treated like a customer is to speak to the manager it seems. I have taken my business elsewhere years ago. I have been going to the store in holmdel since its near my job and their customer service is flawless everytime i have issues.

Very poor service. If its not a simple question, they get flustered. Started a transaction online. Sprint customer service advised I can return my leased phone at the store but they told me that I couldnt return and had to mail it back to sprint. (Which is not true) will reach out to corporate office.

Literally the worst. The woman was rude, turned us away, and told us to call customer service. When I asked for details she started clicking the screen stating my iPhone 5 couldnt be return but bought back. I told her I have a 6 plus so obvious she didnt bother opening my account.

Been to this sprint store several times and I must say everytime I got the experience just gets better and better . Im so glad I left verizon and switched to SPRINT THE BETTER NETWORK ! THANK YOU Stephen Sampson for you great continued customer service !
