Went here today at 345pm to buy a pair of shoes thought would buy locale avoid going into Tucson, should have gone to Tucson. Cashier said welcome when came in only reason gave 1 star waited over 20 minutes never acknowledged in shoe area but then 10 people back there and NO other staff around I could see, came here once before same thing. Next time will go to Tucson Will not be back!!!

Went in for a specific pair of shoes that I noticed was on sale 5 days previous. When I checked the price, I found the sale had ended a few days before. They honored the sale price anyways. Good customer service every time I have gone. Great job and thank you!

Its okay. Not sure if I dont like Big 5 in general, or Big 5 specifically. I feel like the prices should be lower, but they offer name brand stuff. Im sure Nike and Underarmour dont really allow undercutting.

Five stars for the fact they keep a bag of assorted feminine hygiene products in the ladies bathroom. And the staff is friendly.
