My husband and I went in to buy 2 of the bicycles that were advertised. We ask the boy at the counter for someone to help us and he called on the loudspeaker for someone to go to the bike dept. We waited in the department for over 30 minutes, no one showed up. We went back to the counter and the employee said, "oh, I suppose I could help you". By this time my husband was so angry he just said to forget it and we left the store. The employee said (as we left) "sorry". SORRY!!!? Do they not want to sell any merchandise? Sorry that all I could do was call on the loudspeaker for someone to go to the department? Sorry I didnt have enough common sense to help a customer that said "we want to buy 2 of the bicycles". Sorry, that all I could do was stand at the counter and watch the cars go by!!! My gosh, there are other people that are looking for jobs! Unbelievable !!!

Bought some river shoes that were horrible, lost the receipt and they refunded my funds anyways and I used it for another item in the store. Manager was very professional and cashier was very nice. Quality of some on their items might not be the best but theyll take it back if they fail!

Wow terrible customer service.Wouldnt do a simple exchange due to no receipt,even though it had the Big5 price tag on it.I could see not giving cash back-but just wanted another chair.Bummed because we shop here alot,especially for shoes but will never go back

Solid sports store. Good customer service and friendly staff. Product selection is hit-or-miss depending on sport and time of year. Sales are food and you can really catch some deals if you keep ur eyes open for combination offers.

Nice selection of items, really should look out for their sale items or sometimes it can get pricey. Staff seem nice and if theyre available offer to help.
