Ive had my eyes on the Dakine Split Roller 100L bag for a few years, but couldnt bring myself to spend the money... Until finally finding it for the cheapest price I have seen at Idaho Water Sports ($50 less than Amazon). I placed my order and immediately received an order confirmation email. The very next day I received a shipping confirmation email. These emails were not computer generated rather they were from actual people - Friendly, genuine customer service at its best. I truly felt like my business was appreciated. I received my bag from Idaho to Texas in 4 business days (including a holiday). Did I mention FREE shipping?! I LOOOOVE my new bag and cant wait to use it for Tahoe! Everything I own is Dakine (snowboard gear, backpacks, hoodies). Its a top notch brand! Great job IWS! I will definitely be a return customer!

My skateboard wheels were loose and one of my wheels was not turning correctly. I came here to buy a tool (this happened a couple of months ago) because I live really far away and just stopped by to skateboard and someone from the park told me to come here. They didnt have any tools in stock but they offered to let me borrow theirs. They also gave me some oil to help me oil up my bad wheel, which helped a lot. I have to come back here to give them some business for being so kind. I imagine they have amazing customer service if they were willing to help me even though I didnt buy anything because they were out of stock.

I have now purchased 2 bikes from Idaho water sports. Great service each time. I know the prices are a bit higher than other places, but it comes with a sense of security. I dont have to worry about the quality of the bikes I bought. They even double checked the tuning on them while I was there. Great staff, great product, and great service.
