I have rented equipment from Ski Shack in the past and am in the process of purchasing new ski boots and skis for the 2014/2015 season. I have always had excellent customer service here. I really appreciate the staffs knowledge and patience during my visits. The staff gives their honest opinion on the various products they sell, and from what I can tell, Ski Shack sells only the best quality equipment. They carry 2 of the 3 top-rated ski boots I had already scoped out in the latest Ski magazine buyers guide prior to my most recent visit. I had a thorough boot fitting and felt well taken care of as well as educated during the entire process. I highly recommend Ski Shack to anyone into winter snow sports! Support this locally owned business!

The staff at this shop are very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought snowboard boots here, and when I rode with them once and realized they were too tight, they swapped them out for another pair, and the tech spent a good amount of time with me heating up the liners to mold them to my feet, as well as modifying them for my unusually tall metatarsals. I get my board tuned here every year, and waxed when Im too lazy to do it myself, and they always do a great job. Their Labor Day sale is awesome too.

First time in the Ski Shack was incredible, they have the best customer service I have experienced in most businesses, you feel at home. And the prices are insane, I compared online prices with in-store pricing and most of the time the Ski Shack beat out online prices, theres no doubt I will be getting our winter gear from the Ski Shack from here on out!

The staff here are great and super helpful. My bindings broke (I didnt buy them there) but they are sending them back for a warranty replacement for me and gave me a really good deal on a pair of rental bindings. Ive bought other things from here also and they really work to get you the gear that works best for you and your rising style.

We were fitted with full cross country ski packages from Rossignal. Staff admitted that it wasnt their specialty but specilized in downhill and snow boarding. Didnt matter, integrity was awesome, service was great! Rented then bought. Offered military discount. Great prices!

All the employees love skiing and have first-hand experience. Theyre usually not trying to just sell you stuff but actually help you out. The skis and jackets are pretty expensive though.
