My experience with Batteries Plus was not good. I had them replace a battery in my IPhone and the phone worked poorly and the battery life was bad. I took the phone to another company and the technician indicated that the battery used did not meet the Apples specs and that was the reason for the erratic performance and the short battery life. I contacted Batteries Plus and asked them to refund my $$ and that I would return the battery. (3-4 weeks after they replaced it.) The manager informed me that their company policy is not to refund but to fix. I asked him why I would want him to fix it when they used the wrong product and that I was concerned that the policy may be incorrect in this situation. He was intractable, unreasonable and frustrating. Company policy is much more important to this company than fixing the problem. Gary M

Worst store in Helena. They did not believe me when I told them I had an online order. I tried to show them my confirmation buy they were not interested. They finally found it with a comment it was not printed. They offered no assistance carrying out the golf cart batteries I bought. They did carry one of my cores for me. After I left I determined they gave me one incorrect battery. I brought it back and was first met with they gave me the correct order then realized their mistake. They would not carry the incorrect one back into the store nor carry the correct one out. They would not even open the door for me. I can tell you golf cart batteries are quite heavy. It is really sad when a senior citizen has to do the job while youngsters do nothing.

This place is awesome. I needed a new battery for my 6 mo. old cell phone. I first stopped by cell phone provider and they didnt have it. I then when to Batteries Plus... I should have came here first! Wow, this place has batteries for everything imaginable. To top it off, they now carry light bulbs. The employee that helped me was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Solid prices, great service, and outstanding selection- I cannot ask for more.

My experience was also bad - similar to other recent reviews. Recently had my iPhone 5s screen replaced and it cracked on the edge within the first week. Took it back to make a warranty claim. Of course, the "6 month warranty" doesnt cover a cracked screen. The original screen lasted five years and theirs lasted one week - and is not covered? This is the second time I have had them fix one of my phones, that ended poorly. Never again.

The selection of batteries was amazing!! They have every battery one could need. Went in for a laptop battery because they have the best price in town. Sending my husband in for a new ATV battery this weekend!! Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Price could not be beat!! Oh and they now carry lightbulbs!! Glad to have such a well stocked store in town!! We love to support and shop local.

I just called and asked how much it would cost to get a replacement battery for my laptop and gave the guy that answered the phone was rude. I gave him the laptop model number and hr said that it was not the correct number. When I was looking directly at the number in the battery compartment.

I tried to have my cellphone repaired today and was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I was told that if it wasnt an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy not to bother even though the website says something totally different. Is this how all of their prospective customers are treated?

Purchased my battery on line for in store pick up. It was all easy, including the core refund. Only issue I had was getting my $10 mail in rebate coupon to mail in which I finally found someone who knew about it and went above and beyond to assist me. (Thank you Tyler)
