I ordered several items online and picked up the items that I ordered, one of the items was not delivered on-time , so I asked for it to be canceled and I would just hurry and find the item in the store which I did. I then asked the clerk if I would be charged for the missing item once it showed up? The clerks answer was "it would not and that my card must be entered at the store in-order for any charges to be applied". That is not true the charge did in fact appear on my credit card for the missing item which I no longer needed. I called the store and explained this and was basically told by the representative that he cannot help me. I disputed the charge. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Staples.

Prints took 3 days when they should have only taken 1. Had to wait to be "helped", and when my prints were shown to me they were terrible quality and terribly dark.. MUCH darker then what my picture I sent to them was, which leaves the customer sending pictures guessing of theyre going to be light enough or not. Because they took so long, I dont have enough time to have them redo it, forcing me to buy it how it is, and a girlfriend disappointed in the prints.

This Staples has always provided me with exception customer service. I never have to fear when returning a product either, they have even refunded a purchase two months past the purchase date. I also use their copy center for stunning photo and art prints guaranteed perfect or they will re-print until you are satisfied no extra charge. Avoid office max and go here instead. I rarely write reviews but this store warrants every bit of my satisfaction.

I have used this Staples for printing and they usually do a good job. Sometimes I had to wait a while to be helped, or until someone who knew how to work the machines could come help. But the print jobs always turn out very nice.

Put an order in Monday and was told to come back that evening to pick it up. A day later and three trips back, Im still waiting for my order. Very nice individuals but very unprofessional service.

Horrible service and very very slow. Took 15 minutes on hold just for a price quote to print one item, the girl got my order messed up, put me back on hold then dropped the call.

They have a good variety and selection of Office Products but some of the electronics that they carry are extremely outdated.
