Ive gone in there multiple times to buy things and have been treated very well for the most part. However the bike mechanics who work there were more than willing to go out of their way to be rude and condescending towards me. Ive been biking for years and every time Ive talked to them they treat me like a dont know anything and talk down to me as if everything I say is wrong and stupid. I have also been treated very poorly over the phone when asking about renting biking equipment for a friend. I live very close to the store but I will take the extra time to go to other shops in the area.

Terrible service and incompetent staff. I took my bike in and it was worse off when I rode it out. Turns out they didnt even ride it before calling to tell me it worked great. Three different mechanics called me three different times to tell me they were POSITIVE they had the solution to the problem. When I asked why there were three conflicting diagnoses, they acted condescendingly towards me and when I went to pick up my bike (to take it somewhere, anywhere else) they tried to charge me 20$ just for looking at it. Needless to say I just walked out. GO ANYWHERE BESIDES ROUNDHOUSE.

Very poor service. Be ready to wander around the store while no one helps you until you make a gamble on who is a customer and who is an employee and ask. Even when returning the gear I wanted to be sure my credit card information was destroyed and he said it was a legally binding document but assured me hed cross it out. So Im just supposed to take the college kids word about my financial information. Long story short, absolutely no one on the staff was friendly, just waiting until they got to leave it seemed. Definitely not coming back.

I came here to have a core shot fixed on my snowboard and was not happy with the work or service. When I came back to pickup the board the core shot had just been filled over with wax - and the wax job was mediocre as well. The staff literally didnt know who even worked there as the technician asked someone if they worked there to have them do the checkout. Plus the prices for service on skis and boards are a bit high. Will not be coming back, I usually service my own gear anyway.

The staff are experts when it comes to ski equipment! I have two pairs of boots that Ive taken to other stores in town and out of state- but no one has been able to fix the issues I had with each. I take both in to Round House and within minutes they diagnose the problem and provide a solution. I was stunned. The staff was knowledgeable, great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone! Reasonable prices for ski rentals, but really not great staff to deal with. There were lots of staff working there but they were too preoccupied with chatting to one another to come and help, even when they saw us looking around for staff. Dropping rentals back was a similar experience, with less than 5 words being spoken to us. Pretty time-consuming, awkward and unwelcoming experience, unfortunately.

The staff is not as knowledgeable as they are in any other outdoor shop in town. Not the best attitudes either--it seems like they dont really appreciate the fact that youre dropping $300 on a single piece of gear. Youre much better off going to chalet, summit, or bangtail....really anywhere else but roundhouse.

Have only had good experiences here. We have our skis tuned up here and rent equipment for our son. Tommy, who runs the rental and repair section is phenomenal. More than once he has helped me out, and always goes the extra mile with us. I highly recommend working with Round House, and specifically Tommy.

Ive been in here quite a few times to buy a couple things and also to get my snowboard tuned. The staff is very friendly and helpful, plus their prices are very competitive! I send all my friends and family here to rent gear, especially ski gear since it is way cheaper than renting at the resort.

Stopped by Round House to rent a bike because they have the best prices. Turned into an AMAZING group ride with quality and generous people! I got a flat tire during the ride and one stellar lady changed it faster than Id ever seen! Many thanks for making my trip to Bozeman!

I was unimpressed with the level of attention (aka none) I received from the staff at Round House Sports. They have a decent product line that is well-rounded but they could stand to provide the one single thing that is still valuable in local sporting goods - - service.

Great shop all the employees are very knowledgeable and kind. However they did work on my skis and when I went for a run there was a screw loose on the binding and my boot ripped out of the binding. Thankfully the shop at Bridger bowl fixed it for me on the spot for free

Stopped in to buy a bicycle last August and they couldnt be bothered to help me, they sent a teenager who had no clue what he was talking about to help me. If you think I am going to pay 2k+ on a bike with such terrible customer support/service you are insane.

staff knowledgeable, but didnt ask me enough about my skiing to get me into the right boot. I would have bought the wrong type boot if I hadnt continued shopping. Also could only demo skis from their demo stock - not the ones I might purchase

Brought bikes to their shop on a few occasions. Always a mediocre job at best. Better off doing it yourself. Or taking it elsewhere, most places in town are better when it comes to repairs.

Service has been great. When I bought my skis, they matched REIs price even AFTER Id paid. With my mountain bike they threw in a free tube and tune up. Ive only had good experiences there.
