Placed an online order from central Texas and was told it would take 2 weeks to complete. Contacted them after 4 weeks and was told that the order takes longer because its custom, but miraculously it had just shipped that day. What a coincidence. The holster I ordered arrived and fit my pistol so tightly, I had to tug, pull and pry for nearly 30 minutes to get it back out. My pistol was left with scratches all down the side. Upon contacting Recoil again, I was told to box it up and ship it back for a refund. Not even an apology for scratching my firearm with their crappy product. Just over two weeks after mailing it back, I have to contact them AGAIN to find out what is happening with my refund. I heard back from Ruben today that they will process my refund after they have "inspected the return for defects in either materials or craftsmanship" and that will be another 3-4 weeks. Considering that I have had to dog them every step of the way, I must conclude that they are hoping after another month goes by, I will have forgotten about the refund and they wont have to issue it. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Way to run..or should that be ruin...a business Recoil!.
