Horrible customer service. I put in an order so after more than a week I called to see when my order was going to be ready. After being on hold for over 15 min I was informed that it would not be ready till that Saturday. When I called again on Saturday, they told me my order was going to be ready till Tuesday. When I asked to speak to a manager about the order I was put on hold for over 20 min and then hung up on. I will NEVER do business with these people again. Beware if your thinking of doing business with them. They are extremely unprofessional.

I called and the lady ( who didnt even speak English ) was rude. But I stayed on the line to see if they carried certain items i was looking for and she didnt know so she hung up. I called again and she hung up again. Needless to say Im not EVER shopping at this ridiculous store and their rude employees
