Computer Pro Unlimited has served all of my computer needs for the last fourteen years, and I have always been completely satisfied with their work having only praise for professional and friendly service. During that time they have built and serviced five computers for me. I say serviced speaking almost entirely of upgrades as I have had only one instance of repair. In that, a very recent case, my computer would occasionally just shut down; it took them a week of testing before it shut down on their test bench. How many businesses would have the patience to spend that amount of time on a mysterious, sometimes problem? This underlines the significant advantage of doing one’s computer business with them. I do not spend time working through automated phone menus finally to speak to technical support, perhaps at a per-minute fee. I do not ship my computer for repairs at my expense and with a wait-time of a couple of weeks. My next important point is their honest professional advice on configuration of a new computer or updates to an existing one. I get real answers on what works best for the sensible price. It makes no difference what one would expect for their computing needs, they take such into consideration and produce the ideal machine. I have currently one work station rather bare-bones desktop, one older workstation/ gaming computer, and one powerhouse gaming computer. I find the range gives me some perspective to address the spectrum of computers from work to play. And if one is interested in powerful gaming computers, I would suggest that rather than making a selection from the pages of a magazine, simply relate your wants and Computer Pro will build that machine at a competitive price with the afore-mentioned advantage of local service. Computer Pro Unlimited has a wonderful, friendly staff of professionals who do excellent work; let them take care of your computer needs and you will not be disappointed.

Consumers beware! On 1/19/2013 brought in a laptop and did not receive any correspondence back until 1/24/2013. Aside from the delay in diagnosis the customer service left much to be desired. The original issue was the fan, as stated by the computer on boot up. After they finally got around to letting us know what they would do and for how much, it was not the fan, but the HDD. Spoke with Braden first, who had no idea the fan was the original issue; and this is the individual actually working on the laptop. After stating they found nothing wrong with the fan, they quoted the price to swap out the HDD, $65/hour for labor and $79 for the Samsung 320gb HDD??? Really?! Transferred then to a manager, Josh who was even less helpful and more rude than Braden. Basically snide remarks and a take it or leave it attutude. Im all for supporting local businesses, but what they need to make up for in comparison to the big box is SERVICE, which this company has no idea how to provide. Use at your own risk, but you have been warned that they care nothing for the work they do or the people they are doing it for.

Brought my computer here due to the fan running constantly for seriously several months. I was told I would receive a phone call when they got to my computer on the list. They had it for 6 days before I received a phone call and was told they couldnt find anything wrong with it. Seriously??? You can talk to 40+ people that Ive had class with over the last several months that could hear my computer fan from 50 ft away. But fine, Ill come pick it up and take it somewhere else. Upon picking it up though I am then informed that I owe $35 for them to have done NOTHING! Oh wait, he said they uninstalled webroot because I use AVG. I forgot it takes a computer wiz to press an uninstall button, thank God for Computer Pro Unltd. He asked me how I expect them to stay in business if they dont charge for their time? Well I certainly didnt think it was for good customer service and actually fixing computer issues.

I went in looking for a fan for my college art project and was greeted by Jim who was eager to help help me. After I found the fan I was looking for, I had questions about how I would supply the power to it and Paul, the owner came out and went above and beyond by not only helping me figure out a way to supply the power, but by actually hooking the power up to the fan for me! He was so kind, nice and willing to help me even though I wasnt making a large expensive purchase. He saw how important the art project was to me and soon it became just as important to him. I will always support this business and you should too because the customer service was exceptional and the prices were great too! What a great place!!

My husband and I went there today to purchase a video card that we called about less than 30 minutes from arriving there to ask for and find out the price of the card. My husband went inside and was told that it was now 30$ more than he was just quoted and the price was already 20$ higher than the local Best Buy. I understand that local stores might not have the buying power of the big box stores but we were willing to pay the original 20$ more to support the local store. However, we were treated very rudely once we were told that the price was not what we were quoted and told "you should go buy it there then". This is the last time I will shop there and I wont be recommending them.

...wow, thanks again to all at ComputerPro for taking the time to help me with my 10-year old machine (the oldest of several that I have purchased from you) that had all my goodies on it, but crashed and burned a few times until it decided to start playing nice to me again. All your advice pushed me in the right direction, and I was able to beat the beast at its own game! Thanks for always being there, and for being so patient with this almost-have-my-computer-act-together customer! There are lots of us folks around, and I get treated more fairly by your team than anywhere else (can you say geek squad?) – oops – did I type that out loud?? Keep up the good work, thanks.

I have been using their services for at least 15 years. How much do I appreciate their honesty, integrity and workmanship? I drive 90 miles one way because of those qualities. They always go the extra mile to be sure Im a satisfied customer. Both owners and employees alike are courteous and helpful. Bottom line.......if I will drive 180 miles round trip to have this company do my computer work, I must be super impressed with them. I have entertained the idea of trying to find someone closer to home but in the end, I feel like I would never trust anyone else the way I do Paul & Sharon and crew. Give them a try. Youll like them. I give them ***** :-)

Let me describe my overall experience with computer pro. It involved multiple trips of taking my desktop back and fourth from home because of a simple software problem they couldnt find out, charged $40 for a cleaning I didnt ask for, and then they broke my fan to try and get more money out of. I have 2 fans with frontside control and now the controls are out completely for 1 fan. It wasnt working at all til I messed with it and found out they made it to where it didnt work at all. Now Im left with a half working fan and out $40 for something I could do. Do not go to this place.
