Today I attempted to give this store another chance. How hard is it to get a battery for a van? Was informed twice that they do not carry the size that I need that is no big deal. They called Sams after I explained that some carry different items. Imagine that, I was right. As I was leaving, that same person asked to see what is under the Hood now so he could look by comparison. Guess what, they have the size I need. While waiting to have it installed, I decided to look around for Christmas ideas, a Wii specifically. There are plenty of games for one but no systems. I watched and listened to one manager talk to 3 others, 1 of whom work in electronics yet neither could take a moment to acknowledge me shopping. I went to get name and number for district manager which is to be located at service desk. No names or numbers. Now I question is that because I spoke to store manager since last stop here? My guess is that he is a liar just as the people that hang out here for a paycheck are useless when it comes to customer service

This place is HORRIBLE! I placed an online order for pick up at this store. The b**** I spoke to on the phone regarding my order sounded like she was drunk or on drugs slurring her words and mumbling so quietly I had to ask her to repeat what she had said about 4 times. I asked her how long it usually took to get a pick order ready and she said that I should call back tomorrow or Friday and that " if I needed it quickly I should have ordered online. Well excuse me for assuming you all had prompt service. Its alright I will just cancel my order and order the EXACT same thing from cosco for a LOWER price AND they said I would get it TODAY! If I have to go to Wal-Mart ever again I will go out of my way to avoid this trashheap from now on! I understand that its the holidays and they probably have a ton of orders to get filled but let me tell you something miss attitude, I am not the one! By felicia! Guess you will just have to lose my business

Racism is sadly alive and well at the Chesterfield Valley Walmart. As a liberal white person, I have been amazed at this years surly and obviously racist black checkers. They smile and chat with a black person in line on front of us, but after waiting patiently in line, we get no hello, certainly never a smile, never a thank you. One recent rude checker, as I went to get my first bag from the carousel, chastised me as I went to move it three inches so I could reach it easier and said, "No! I spin the wheel!" Again...no hello no thank you, JUST BIG FROWNS from these rude checkers. What are we supposed to do, apologize for being white? Apologize for you working at Walmart or for you being a control freak toward white people? Walmart deserves a zero score. Please teach your checkers some basic, rudimentary, fundamentals of how to interact with people of all color. Its 2015 for Gods sake.

I have never been in a Wal-Mart that had all black rude employees. Im not a prejudice person but they had the line at the service desk all the way back to the cash register lames. When the line was all white people & we asked for the one girl to get some help, the manager & other workers whispered & laughed & walked away, I causing the manager!! I have never been treated so badly in a walmart!! I have never seen a Wal-Mart that hired almost all black!! If youre going to get a job in customer service then you need to treat people with respect , no matter what color you are!! I hope there is something done about this store because its in a nice neighborhood but run like the hood!! Please fix this issue!! Concerned customer!!

Walmart Tire & Lube Express should be renamed to read Walmart Tire & Lube Slow as Hell! Theres nothing express about this place. I arrived around 8:45 and now two hours later my car has yet to be touched. Not to mention there was only one car ahead of me and the other car was being paid for and the customer was leaving. I would like to think that theyre busy, but when the 6 workers are inside being jovial and not working it appears as if theres not enough to do. The very inappropriate sexual conversations that are being had arent appropriate for business by any means! I wont be back to this place for an oil change nor so I recommend anyone to come here to get one!

Accused a worker of stealing while she was purchasing something and called police on her while 2 year old daughter was there. Always short staffed. Over work their workers. Employees have to beg for breaks and lunches. Managers have out of work events together that are unprofessional. I also used to work here. I submitted a 2 week notice that disappeared and now zi am unable to work at another walmart because I am marked non rehirable. I rank this walmart lower than the ferguson walmart. I really thought I could make a career here but nonetheless go to another walmart or another store altogether

Seriously Rude. Its like the store is at war with itself. Half of the staff was what youd hope for in customer service. Helpful, friendly and just good people. The other half act like youre offending them by simply being at the store. One old man actually went so far as to imply we were stupid. Look, Ive dealt with stupid customers and even if I was one, you dont win points by pointing it out. (BTW: It was something only someone who lived in the area would know....he assumed we lived in St Louis).

Friday afternoon 7/28/17, 3:30 pm. Hundreds of shoppers in the store. Filled a cart with groceries, went to checkout. There are 22 checkout lanes and 3 (THREE !!!!!!!!) are staffed and opened for checkout. Asked to speak to a manager, was told they were all on break. Simply outrageously incompetent management. I realize that Walmart is legendary for horrible shopping service, but you would think they would have enough sense to staff the place to TAKE MY MONEY FROM ME!!!!!!

Can I give 0 star? I was breastfeeding my baby girl discreetly, beside the fitting room. I was completely covered and they told me to breastfeed in the fitting room. I was also with my 2 year old boy who has issues with small and tight places. They didnt care and kept insisting to breastfeed in the fitting room. Because of a costumer who wasnt even there??? I was surrounded by 2 full carts and a trash bin. Not showing anything. Just to remind, we are mammals.

If I could give zero stars I would. The people that work here are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Not only do my significant other and I get dirty looks we have even been questioned about our religious views by the employees in the money center. After questioning us on our beleifs, they continue to talk bad about us for it. Most ignorant people I have encountered in missouri. If I knew how to contact corporate I would. Very upset.
