I outfitted my new construction home a few years ago with the help of Great Sounds and am thrilled with the customer service. They have a wide range of products and can work within any budget, big or small, and are even competitive with the big box stores and the many online retailers while offering unrivaled customer service and support. They continue to take care of their customers even after the sale and installation - I know from experience that if there are ever any problems with your purchase, they will do whatever possible to take care of you. You might save a little sales tax buying stuff online, but if you become a regular customer of Great Sounds you will have the comfort of mind knowing they will always take care of you, which is well worth it, not to mention supporting a long-time, local, family-owned business.

I bought a car stereo and had trouble since the day it was put in. They checked it out said it was a faulty head unit and they would get another one. Ten phone calls later, and they tried to replace with a cheaper head unit. After some complaining, they agreed to order in the correct replacement head unit. Its been 4 months, and Im still without a functioning stereo. So much for buying from the small guys for better service. If I would have bought this thing from Crutchfield, I would have paid less and I would have had my problem fixed within a week. I would not recommend Great Sounds to anyone.

Ive always used Great Sounds for my home audio and video as well. Bought some cheap speakers from OReilly and went to Great Sound to have them installed cause i noticed they didnt fit, when they checked it out i was told they wouldnt work and ended up get a set of alpine speakers instead, they worked great for a bit come to find out i was getting static in the rear speakers this was caused by my radio. They took care of the issue and and now i got a new radio.

I have taken multiple vehicles to great sounds for stereo and speaker installations and I am always treated with outstanding service and reasonable prices. My last work was done during some interesting weather and my car was damaged while they were working on it. They paid for the repairs no questions asked. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Went in wanting to get an idea on pricing for big screens and speakers for our new home. We were told we had to talk to someone who wasnt there. We made two more phone calls, we were finally able to get a hold of someone to get us prices. Once we got the pricing they were the highest, with little to no service to justify it. Dont bother.

Cant speak for the Car Stereo division for Great Sounds but I was very impressed with the quality of service for home entertainment service. The service was excellent and the wireless technology used has been very reliable. My only suggestion is that some categories are a bit pricey at Great Sounds.

i went to great sounds was over charged for the amp n sub i bought they took care of me and gave me the money back great place to deal with everyone is always friendly n help right away have done busniess with them for 12 yrs now for car audio and install things would never go any where else
