Horrendously understaffed. Staff is too social, seems more interested in talking for 15 minutes than helping the several customers in line. I went in at 8 pm and left at 9:30, half an hour past closing time. To top it off, I didnt get my SD card from my old 3DS to complete the system transfer to my new one. I live equidistant to this and to another GameStop, but this one is near my work. I think Ill go to the other one from now on.

The policies and customer service are bad. I went the week after Christmas to return an unopened game I received as a gift. I was told they could not return or exchange it, but I could get trade in credit. Really? Trade in credit for an unopened game? Lame.
