We needed to purchase a new cell phone to replace our old very outdated Tracfone. We needed someone to assist us who would understand our lack of knowledge of the new Smart Phones. We are elderly and had no knowledge of which phone was adequate for our use. Elicia Hennings explained the applications different phones had and assisted us in finding a Smart Phone that would be perfect for our needs. She not only assisted us in which phone to purchase, but also did the basic set up of the phone for us. When we left Walmart we had a new Smart Phone with all of our basic information entered into it ready for us to use. Elicia also set the phone up to use our same telephone number. This may not seem like much to others, but to us Elicia made a very difficult purchase very easy. She was TERRIFIC, KNOWLEDGABLE, and PATIENT. Thanks Elicia!!!

Some really nice employees but also many of them could care less and will run you over unless you get out of their way. They have one lady in particular that I wish I could get every time I checked out. One of the friendliest people I have ever met. Also check out the Savings Catcher on the Walmart app. Scan a receipt with your smart phone and it will check local competitors for a better price. If it finds one you get the difference back.

The pharmacy was not very pleasant. The client before me she was laughing and when it got to me she was very sour. I have a very serious issue with my right leg and had to go to the car to get my card because she said they did not have my card and when I returned she had already ran it thru my insurance and did not need my card. Very poor service. Next time I will go straight to the manager on duty and ask for an explanation.

Its so bad whenever I go there i feel as if I leave with a layer of dirt and filth they dont really treat customers or employees well and I feel they are failing at every aspect of running a business it was the worst experience Ive ever had in my life and I wish I didnt have to go back there but I do and Im sorry for anyone who is forced to go there as I am

Will not be back! My mom and I rushed out here for some potatoes and gravy and was very rudely turned away at the door 10 minutes before they closed. I understand its a holiday and people want to see their families but as someone who works retail as a manager Ive never seen a store do something like this, if you say your open till 6 STAY OPEN TILL 6!

They ask to see your receipt of you have ANYTHING not in a bag.... even if the rest of your cart is full of bagged groceries. Doesnt matter if they literally watch you check out or if they stop the 2 people in front of you and you have to stand there and wait to have your receipt checked, they will yell to stop you and its absolutely ridiculous!

Everytime I try and call walmart it literally takes them over 5 minutes to answer and Im not exaggerating. Its ridiculous especially since everytime Im there the courtesy counter has at least 3 people standing there doing nothing. I realize its walmart and Im probably asking way too much but come on answer the phone after 3 rings!

This Walmart is always dirty and half stocked. More than half the time several sections of items are completely empty in multiple areas. The shelves are always a mess. I would rather pay extra at Hy-Vee or drive to Platteville for groceries. Dbq Walmart, take notes from Platteville Walmart.

I was in there with my girlfriend and got accused of stealing something by the "under cover security" everytime i go in there the dumb guy follows me around like im a thief. I guarantee i make twice as much money as he does, and have absolutely no reason to have to steal anything

Food prices are cheaper comparable to hyvee. Customer service lags, surprise there. But third shift employees are very nice, always smiling and willing to help. I only visit walmart during off peak hours ie 1, 2 a.m. so i can get in, get out without the hassle of the public.

Very nice employees. Daughter lost her pacifier with stuffed toy attached. Manager helped walk around to find and asked over walk you talky to see if stockers found it. Someone picked it up. He came and found us in the store and returned it..

Awful service. Stay away from this place. Buy from your local shops and see the difference. If you want cheap "Made in China" products that are tainted with recalls concerning health and safety then this is the place for you!

Not enough cashiers...had to wait in line for what seemed to be forever. One of the people out sticking shelves was very rude to me when I asked for help finding something. On a scale of 1-100th Id rate your store at a 4.

A serviceable Wal-Mart, this location was originally built as a regular store and then had an additional section added for groceries, and it shows. If youre used to Super Wal-Marts, this location will disappoint you.

I do a lot of my shopping at Walmart and everyone is friendly except for the deli If they decide to take care of the order they are rude except for one man there After today I will go to hyvee for the deli food

A typcial Walmart but the big issue here is dont go on the weekends or afternoon/evening because unless you like large crowds of rude people then your best bet is to go during the week and before 3pm

The way they sell thier fish is rediculous. They are stocked on a shelf in plastic containers.. forgotten about, not properly cared for, and more then half of them were dead! How is this acceptable?

Everything moves all the time...its there one minute and then somewhere else next time. They also will not carry items consistently. The store is pretty clean, employees are helpful.

Walmart on dodge street tends to be well organized, staff is always courteous and helpful. You cant beat the prices of walmart as well. Beware current construction in many aisles.

I am not ashamed to say that I shop at Walmart a lot. Its clean, except during renovations. Theres a handful of employees that I will avoid at all cost, most are courteous.

They call it a supercenter, but i still think its the normal sized walmart from 6 or 7 years ago. The workers are kind of give or take and the options for shopping are ok.

Weve never had a bad experience at the Dubuque Walmart ... quick and easy one-stop shopping. Mike in the photo lab is awesome and really knows his stuff.
