This is by far the worst store ever. The employees and also the "Store Manager" are very rude. We went to the Houma stores and they helped so much, and said they get that the Thibodaux store is bad all the time. I tell EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They need new staff.

Had issue with device, however due to store not being a corporate location had to go to Houma to resolve issue. Service at store was lacking and could improve greatly.

The staff was very friendly, but poorly informed on promotions and their expiration date. I blame the district manager for poorly training his employees.
