Whoever Frederick is, the big guy who usually works mornings, needs to be fired, refused to return an item I purchased 5 days prior, and had receipt, he proceeded to tell me he cant return it because Im a serial returner, Ive returned items 3 times. Problem is he told me Im not taking that f***ing sh** get the hell out of here. Was in bad need of money, so went to trade it in for $48 compared to the $183 I would have got in a complete legit return. He refused to trade in the item either, stating the system wouldnt take the trade in. BS. He also blackballed me by calling the Houma stores and telling them not to allow me to return any items. Doubt I will ever return as long as Fraudulent Frederick is employed there. Biggest jerk Ive ever experienced at gamestop, which is saying something.

Loved it went there and they had good games for cheap they are mostly old games though but they are fun t have games for different systems I mostly recommend this one they just need more wiiu games
