The guy, who is in charge of Iphone sales in this store, is totally unknowledgeable and incapable of dealing with basic issues. Whats worse, I was like talking to a robot with continuous glitches which just kept saying no, no, no all the way. Or like talking to a politician of a poker face who pretended to hide his smugness and scorn, in a funny way lol. Best buy is always my no. 1 choice when it comes to updating my phones. I just couldnt understand how come a guy who has little knowledge and passion for his job could be hired in my favorite chain store. Anyway, this dim store was not crowded at all. Probably it was the right time for him to pack and go home at 8pm ish. You know, he disappeared when I was making a call to Sprint to solve his working systems issue "on behalf of myself". To be honest, this was the first time I could clearly feel an atmosphere of hostility from a store salesman as an ethnic minority. Luckily, I managed to arrive at a nearby Bset Buy store in 10 mins. This store was still busy after 8:20 pm (08/03/17). I talked to Chris (the Iphone salesman at best buy south county), and asked if its possible to port in a new line at its own rate and keep other lines stay as usual. Surprisingly, I was told it was NOT an issue at all!! However, this is an unbreakable obstacle to the guy at Fenton. Chris asks for my basic information, displays my Sprint account without any glitches, adds a new line, contacts a specialist over the phone. And Im all set with my new Iphone in hand. Chris and his colleague were still smiling and ready to help even if I showed up at a closing time, which I must apologize for. Special thanks to the staff at south county best buy.

Not sure why I went back! After my iPad case cracked, I took it back for an exchange it for another one since I only had it a month. Best Buy told me I must have dropped it and was trying to scam them. Now tonight after purchasing a PS4 on Sunday, I went back to get the free game that came with purchase I simply didnt know was a thing until I got home and read the ad. After being told on Monday after going in with my receipt to simply come back when the game was in stock, not only was I denied the game tonight when I went to pick it up. but the manager told me the price match was not legitimate! She essentially insinuated I scammed them. Nice! Over a $40 game? Youve now completely lost me, and were big tech lovers. I have a feeling Best Buy is on the same path as Sears - poor customer service to lead your company to its demise.

Poor customer service help. Went in there to buy a new car stereo , and there was nobody around that department like usual. So went and found another sales associate. While doing so noticed other sales people just standing around talking or messing with their phones. Found one And they radioed for someone to go back there to help me. So I went back and waited and waited and waited. No one showed. I went to find another associate to get help and found the store manager and told him I needed assistance back in the car audio he even radioed for whoever was working that department to get back there. So I went back and waited again. I would say I waited for about 30 to 40 minutes & not a soul showed up til I was walking out the door. So ended just buying one off Amazon.

Ive done business with this store for years. The people were nice to begin with, but this time when I went to buy a laptop from them I was misled about getting a student discount. And then I tried several times to get them to resolve the issue but was informed there was nothing they could do in store. I contacted the corporate help line. They tried to brush me off, but when I continued to bring up the issue they said the store would contact me in two days. Its been 2 or three weeks now and no word. They seem very nice at first but will lie and mislead you to save themselves a few bucks. They have lost my business.

Short and simple.. We bought a washer and dryer and were given the runaround on our delivery. After many empty promises from several employees, and me and my wife taking time off work, they finally brought it out. The crew that delivered it acted like they were doing me a favor by coming out late, it was a terrible experience. Also, the delivery team did not take the old washer and dryer, which is included in the delivery. So now I am stuck trying to figure out how to get rid of my old appliances. Terrible. I had a lot of faith in Best Buy until this point. I will NEVER shop there again.

Will give out your personal information to unknown parties. Now some psycho has my home address. Delivery rescheduled 2 times without my knowledge, while Im paying plumbers, etc to install appliances. Customer Service is an absolute joke, they say they will call and never do after transferring you around and leaving you on hold to be hung up on. Very dissatisfied with how my SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR purchase is being handled. Waiting on corporate office to call, but I wont hold my breath. Should have stuck with lowes.

My husband was at the store earlier researching gaming computers for our son. He spoke with an employee who was very informative and available for whatever questions my husband had. We later went in the store that day together to purchase and have the product delivered to our home. All of this was done in a timely fashion with no push to buy anything extra. We were offered the service plan for 1-3 years with time to decide if or what we wanted to add to the purchase. I would go back for future purchases.

I had an issue with my computers graphics card, so I made a reservation to drop off the computer at Geek Squad. I expected that I would have to wait a week and pay a hefty service fee, but to my surprise, the guy at the counter opened it up right there and in 20 minutes, he got the graphics card squared away and I was out the door. Best part? They didnt charge me anything! Overall, an amazing service, and I would recommend Geek Squad for anyone with computer issues.

Wow. Never go to this Best Buy if you want a phone. My friend and I waited for an HOUR for them to unlock a phone for us because they were incapable of answering simple questions and kept trying to sell us phones and plans we werent interested in. Any other Best Buy, we would have been in and out in five minutes. Its bad when you have to go to a register and beg a cashier to help you get a phone because the people who work in the mobile dept dont have brains.

My two sons and I shop there at least twice a month and receive great service every time. There is a gentleman named Laren who is usually at the front of the store as you enter, if you need to find ANYTHING, hes the guy to ask. He has constantly locates the items that we need or gets the right department rep. to help us with our purchases. This is one of the few stores that truly promotes great service.
