This place is a breath of fresh air. I got fast and friendly service. This is a business that values their customer. I had a problem with my ipad they were able to fix by just cleaning it and they didnt charge me anything for their trouble. I would definitely recommend them for your apple product repair needs. Also, they also had some very nice looking pre-owned and refurbished apple products at reasonable prices. Definitely, worth checking out.

i went to the fenton experimac store to get my iphone 6+ screen fixed, the customer service was great! the employees were very friendly and helpful! they did not just fix my phone , they informed me, and were quick to help me w any questions i had about my phone! i will continue to use this store for any apple repairs i may need in the future and i highly recommend them to anyone for any repairs or support!

Great people, great products, great services. They upgraded the ram and hard drive in a old mac desktop, and gave me a great deal on a brand new mac desktop. I love how fast the old computer is, and I absolutely love my new computer! They fix quickly and offer a lot of convenient services.

I had to go from Illinois to Missouri to find a decent computer place. Great service and I felt like he really listened to what I needed and didnt do a hard upsell. I ended up doing that myself. Lol. Ill definitely go out of my way to go there again.

Technicians are not even certifie. and their used Apple device are just a used Apple device not CERTIFIED at ALL. They use cheap parts and telling customers its OEM parts. I would recommend go to itech shark.
