Miserable store. I do my weekly shopping there to save a few bucks but am thinking I would be better off spending more elsewhere and actually be treated with a little respect and courtesy. Not to mention the fact that other places actually believe in keeping items stocked! Most of the people that work at this store couldnt care less about the customers. I have been almost run into by stock people without so much as an "excuse me". I have been given an attitude from stockers when I have asked if they can get me something off a shelf I cant reach. Now I just take a broom from the cleaning aisle and use it to knock stuff down when I need to since clearly my asking for help is being a nuisance. So if you see a random broom laying in an aisle, thats why! Most of the cashiers are rude and dont even look at you let alone say hello. And most of the greeters do not greet at all. There is one with long black hair that is down right hateful. I said hello to her once and she just turned and walked away. I have complained to district management and have talked to 2 specific people that took details about my complaints and assured me the store manager would call me so we could discuss the problems. The jerk has never bothered to call even once. Im not surprised since he does such a poor job of running this store, I would be shocked if he cared enough to listen to a customers complaints. I have worked for WM too many years in the past in a variety of positions. I have seen managers come and go for various reasons and this guy needs to go. 90% of the employees there need to go.

I called the Manager last week because I ordered 2 cakes for 2 kids birthday parties we combined into one. BOTH cakes arrived messed up. I sent my husband to the store while I was preparing/decorating and he didnt check, typical male behavior, but it would have been too late to do anything else seeing how we only picked them up 1 hour before the party. Anyway, the expensive 2 tier cake was falling apart in 3 places (the top tier has two pieces that were sliding off each other, the bottom tier has two pieces that were sliding off each other, and it was sliding off where the pieces were joined also. I was transferred back and forth from store manager to bakery manager, nobody resolved the situation. I was supposed to receive a call back of someone else "of importance" and 9 days later have still heard nothing! I called again today and the manager assured me that I would not be sold 2 messed up cakes. He assured me that they perform quality checks before every cake leaves the store. Too bad these were not the only issues and NOBODY checked these cakes (unless they were complete morons or blind) The spray painted ribbon on the 2 tier cake was crooked on the bottom and top tier and they over-sprayed it!!! What was supposed to be zebra ribbon is a huge black glob. Also, I ordered a 1/4 sheet cake for my son, and both sides were smashed in :) Awesome, huh? What happened to that quality check?? I have to take pictures in tonight and argue some more but doubt I will get anywhere. Im sure Ill be calling corporate

Went here at 11pm to get a site to store item (I work nearly all day/night long and cant get there before 10pm). In the past, I have never had a problem with a stock person or electronics dept. worker getting my items even though it was closed. Tonight though(Feb.13 2016), whoever the disgruntled old b was that was working in the electronic department wouldnt get my items for me and replied really f-n rude "Um, we dont do that at 2 in the morning". It was only 10:45pm. Im not shopping at this Arnold Wal-Mart anymore! She could have easily walked the 10 feet to the site to store area and gotten my stuff, but because shes an old angry hag thats mad she has to work at 10pm, she didnt. I dont care if I cant get there before closing..which I was only 45 minutes late..I am a paying customer and spend a lot of hard earned money on things there, so I would expect better workers. She is the only person who has ever denied getting my stuff, simply because she was lazy and didnt want to. Even though the site to store was closed, workers are still allowed to get stuff for people. I have been doing this for 2 years now. I seriously hope she gets fired. I dont why Wal-Mart is hiring 95 year old angry hags to begin with.

I only can say that first and secound shift aint doing nothing during their shift like 3rd shift does, everything what is in the store is going over 3rd shift associates back, but people who work 1 and 2 nd shift they dont really serve their customers very well for that co managers and supervisors blaming 3rd shift associates even they dont have to do nothing with it. Almost 95% of income is coming during the day and at least 5% during a night between 10 pm and 7 pm. In some cases store does not sell well about 40% to 55% a day its result how 1 and 2nd shift associate treat their customers include serve like this "kkp810" user said, if you ask do you guys have this item in the store the answer you should hear after it is "no" because they dont even want to check for it. Thats why WALMART on TELEGRAPH have alot of customers then one on the Arnold.

Went to buy 2 new tires was told could not buy only 2 because the other tires on car were in bad shape. I guess they dont need my business!! Talked to manager ,he also said they could only put tires on the back of car but they had already told me they could not sell me tires!!! I went to another Walmart and bought two tires and they put them on the front of car where I wanted them. Said they never heard of such a rule at Walmart tires. And by the way the tire department person was not the best, he wanted all my information before he would tell me if they had my size tires or price, which I never got. If you are smart you will never go to this Walmart for tires!!!!!!!!!!! Believe me other wallmarts are much better and much friendlier. Even the manager does not care about the customers. Well thats Walmart for you !!!

The employees need to pay attention and also stay off their cell phones while working. They are not aware of their surroundings. I recently saw one of the carts that gives out samples come out of a stock room and just ram right into a customer. the employee Not paying attention at all to whats right in front of her. If I was the lady, I wouldve complained to the manager. I know she had to be bruised. All i observed was a poor excuse of an apology- no asking if she was alright, needed help, offered something for the inconvenience. I myself went over to the young lady to see if she was alright. Pitiful. The store itself is fine for a walmart.
