WELL I BOUGHT A 42" VIZIO TV. WHEN I GOT HOME I OPENED THE BOX TOOK OUT THE TV AND THE SCREEN WAS CRACKED. SO I PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX WENT TO WALMART TO EXCHANGE IT. WHEN THERE TV MAN CAME UP TO INSPECT THE TV HE PULLED IT OUT AND IMMEDIATELY CHECKED THE SERIAL NUMBER TO THE BOX AND SAID THIS ISNT THE RIGHT TV . I SAID ITS THE ONE I JUST BOUGHT . HE SAID NO ITS NOT . AND WE ARGUED .THEN THEY HAD THE POLICE REMOVE ME. NOW I HAVE A $300.00 BRAND NEW PIECE OF JUNK . SO IF YOU BUY ELECTRONICS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE OPEN THE BOX AND MAKE SURE THE NUMBERS ON THE BOX MATCH THE UNIT YOU BUY BECAUSE THEY ONLY SCAN THE BOX .DONT GET SCREWED LIKE ME MAKE THEM CHECK THE BOX TO THE PIECE INSIDE THE BOX . WALMART WILL NOT HONOR IT THEY SAID I TRIED TO ROB THEM WHICH IS BULLSHIT. THE FIRST AND LAST VIZIO I WILL EVER BUY .VIZIO SAID I WAS SCREWED SO NOW I SPEND ABOUT $3500 A YEAR FOR SUPPLIES FOR MY SHOP AT THEIR COMPETITORS .AND I DONT CARE IF IT COST MORE . SCREW WALMART THEY SCREWED ME

The week before Christmas and two checkers.. go figure.. the kicker was the cashier assisting us wasnt even a cashier she was an overnight stocker! There were at least 15 people in our line and there is no help to be found! I called the number to customer service and told the lady this girl needed help! She said "ok, bye" and hangs up.. 20 mins later the over night assistant manager BRAIN comes out, the poor girl was supposed to go on break over an hour ago.. she asks when someone can come help and he starts really laying into her telling her that its none of her business she needs to just do as shes told, etc. When my mother and I confronted him he rolled his eyes and stated that he has had problems with her outside of this... How unprofessional!! We (us and other in line) demanded he apologize and he started mumbling under his breath them walks away! What a toxic environment!

This used to be where I spent $125+/week for groceries and other stuff. Not any more. Rude staff, unresponsive management. I seldom use comp ads. The one time I did, the cashier treated me like a criminal -- called a CSM over to okay it, asked for my ID, slowly scrutinized said ID and my face, then grudgingly placed the item in the bag as though it was her own personal possession. Unfortunately I got the same cashier twice more on other trips, and got the same treatment when using my credit card -- request for ID, slow scrutiny of ID and my face, grudging acceptance. I complained to management after the third time. No apology. Just "well look into that." Also posted it on their FB page and was told that a manager would contact me; never happened. I guess they have so much money they dont need mine. Thats fine with me.

Ive been trying to get a job at a couple of Walmarts recently, doing interviews at various locations and follow-up calls regularly. Most locations dont answer their phones. More over the Telegraph Rd location has not had a manager there ANY of the times Ive called. This Gravois Bluffs location, however, has always answered the phone quickly, and gotten me through to managers consistently. Their customer service people speak clearly and are very informative and helpful. At other locations the employees sound aggravated, depressed, mumble a lot, and generally give off a vibe of them wishing someone would put them out of their misery. Ive bought products from here without problems before, but since I havent had to do a return then Ill hold off on giving it a 5-star rating.

Today, I went to Walmart after my daughter got out of school to pick up some groceries for my wife for dinner tonight. I checked out at one of the checkouts in front of the customer service area. The entire time I was checking out there was a woman employee on the phone in the customer service area screaming all kinds of profanities. She was so loud, everyone at the checkouts could hear here. After I got home, my preschool age daughter is now dropping the f-bomb. My wife is angry and I am sure the preschool will be giving me a call tomorrow. Thanks again Walmart for making a decent day into crap.

Ive been to some crappy Walmarts before but this one is near the top. The parking lot is in terrible shape. The inside is too big and has a puke smell to it. The employees look like they either want to kill everyone or kill themselves. The worst part is the customers, and yes that shouldnt count against the store but I cant help it. The customers are everywhere, they are pushy, rude, vulgar and just generally awful. I watched a man and a woman shout at each other over a pumpkin for almost 10 minutes, all while in front of their poor kids. Save your sanity and try somewhere else.

Usually out of stock for weeks!!!! There are exceptional employees but then there are always several employees standing talking with other employees oblivious to the customers and their needs. The bathroom (ladies) is filthy. Do they ever clean the stalls walls or doors? Floor layout is all over the place. Manchester Wal-Mart has an awesome layout. Id rather shop at the Gravois store but... Slowest check out lanes thank God for self checkout which I hate to use but I dont have time to spend forever in check out lanes. Sorry to be so negative but its a fact.

I bought a grill from Wal-Mart and went back to just get store credit because it was missing parts. They through a big deal about it because I could not find a receipt. Note I just want store credit and it was marked made by Wal-Mart and had been ship to store a few weeks before marked on the box. After a 30 minute arguing with the store manager that was there at the time I finely got the store credit. Look most will not care about this but your much better doing your shopping were they treat you like a person. Go To Target.

I have a broken foot. I never was asked if I needed help unloading the cart or help getting my purchase on the register counter. I spent 77.00 dollars on my Walmart c.c. I spent an additional purchase of $127.00. The cart employee was outside less than 2 cars away from me, moving carts he also didnt offer assistant I had to unload the cart then take the cart [electric] to the cart racks and then walk back to my car. THAT DOES NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Im also on 4 lots. Of oxygen.
