ABSOULTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I contacted iTechshark regarding my IPhone 5. My son was watching Youtube and dropped my phone. Although it didnt crack the screen, it caused it to go black. After calling about 10 other IPhone repair companies, all of which wanting over 100 to fix, which is almost what it would cost to just replace the phone. Not wanting to lose all of my pics, videos etc, I kept calling around and finally found iTechshark. Not only were they the cheapest (we all know we want to save every little penny we can) Jon was extremely professional and compassionate! After opening my phone, he found it was just a loose connection to the LED. He fixed my phone within 5 minutes and didnt even charge me! I strongly recommend iTechshark for all of your apple needs! Lowest prices in about a 40 mile radius of St. Louis, very knowledgeable techs and COMPASSIONATE customer service, which is truly hard to find these days. Jon was more caring than the rep I spoke with at Apple support! God bless you again for saving me!! I will definitely be back for any issues I have with my IPhone.

itechshark has a customer for life after one of the owners came to my house after the store closed to help set up my recently unlocked iPhone. I did not ask him to do this, but he could sense my frustration and knew i was with my 2 year old and could not leave the house. He spent almost an hour helping to get everything working and would not accept any compensation. This iPhone was not purchased from them and I had paid a minimal amount for them to unlock it, and the issue was with my computer, not anything they had done. Their products, services, repairs, and pricing are great to begin with, but Michaels help at my house was extraordinary and i will not forget it! Mike

I made an appointment to get my phone fixed, drove to the location, and was rudely told by a technician that they "were screwed by their delivery service" and didnt have my part and to come back another day. When I asked why they did not make me aware of this since I made an appointment they snapped at me and were beyond unprofessional. I will be finding a more reliable and professional company to take my business to.

In my role as a tech guy, I have dealt with a number of companies in the field. Recently, after having some issues with Apple, we sought the help of a third party apple dealer. We experienced customer service far beyond what we ever would have expected, and assistance even when we didnt end up using them. In short, they were fantastic to us and we will return to them with any future business!

iPhone failed. Drove to the store and told the receptionist what was up. She took the phone. I took a nice walk thru Lowes. 45 minutes later the phone was fixed. The price was incredibly good. The employees were very helpful, polite, and a joy to work with. Highly recommend this business. Drove an hour to their place. So much better than the Galleria. Thanks.

One word: AMAZING!! A friend knocked my phone out of my hands a few days ago and my carriers insurance stated they could fix it for more than the price they were able to offer. the best part, the ability to get the phone fixed on my break, all i did was run next door to grab lunch and walk back, and it was done!! 15min! Highly recommended!! We had an issue with our iphone that we could not figure out so the phone was unusable. Like everybody else I thought I could find the fix online but nothing seemed to work. The guys at iTech found the fix and had the device ready immediately. Great bunch of guys that know what they are doing.

I own a computer store in St. Charles call STL On-Site. I send all of my customers to these guys for screen repair, or mobile device purchase. They do a great job. Myself, and everyone of my customers, come back singing praises about these guys. Customer service is an attitude, not a department, and these guys get it.

After reading terrible reviews for the ST LOUIS Apple stores and waiting forever on the phone to find out I could not even get an appt for five days, I called this store which had great reviews. I was able to stop in and they fixed my iphone in about thirty minutes. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT ATTITUDE, GREAT STORE!!!

Probably one of the easiest retail experiences Ive ever encountered. Dropped phone in water yesterday, brought phone in today, within 5 minutes they told me they can fix it. I said great, 20 minutes later I had my phone and everything that was initially on it with a new screen for $95....wow

I cant believe some of the deals this place has. Way better than wasting hours at the Apple store. iTechshark has far more knowledgeable staff and turn around time on repairs are a million times faster. Never stepping foot in an Apple store again I will always come here instead.
