We bought a screen protector from them. The sales girl claimed they would replace it for life. They did not have the size so they cut another one to fit my phone. I told her that it would drive me insane since it was not even. She explained I could go to any store and if they had the size they would replace it for free. I went to two different AT&T stores. They said I had to get it from the original store. I gave up and bought a life proof case. I went back to an Otter Box case and wanted to get my screen protector that I paid for back on. I went back to the original store. They told me they couldnt do a thing after waiting for 30 minutes to be acknowledged. I didnt have the original. I said you can look up that I bought it. He asked who sold it to me. I explained what she looked like. They looked it up and said, yes you did buy it but without the original one we cant replace it. I explained I was never told this information. The employee Andy said, "well I do believe you especially seeing who sold it to you, she is no longer employed here, but sorry. We cant do anything." We asked for the owners information. They refused to give us the information after saying the manager filling in couldnt do a thing. Terrible customer service. We were repeatedly told that without the original they would lose inventory. This was told to me AFTER, they removed the cheap screen protector I had purchased to hold me over until I could get back to the AT&T store and then it couldnt be put back on!!! So now I have no protector whatsoever on my phone! After all of that, the salesman said, "you really need a protector on your phone. Do you want to buy one?" Ummmm NO. We already did and now you arent honoring it.

These people never return phone calls. They have messed up internet order this summer concerning: "We can waive the install fee." Took months to get worked out. I got the issue resolved by going to the Fenton ATT store. The Fenton store was packed and I had the issued fixed in 30 minutes. They never have time to deal with you and they are hardly any customers in the store. Further, they messed up the buy one get one free. ATT corporate wont honor it because they messed up the order. They will not return calls. This is worst store. The Fenton ATT store told me they have to fix the High Ridge store problems constantly. The Fenton ATT store said that the High Ridge ATT store needs to be shut down. Horrible customer service. DO NOT GO TO THE STORE. They mess everything up as described and will not make an effort to fix it.

BULLSHIT. Started out paying $100 a month, a year later went to $135. Sure enough a year later its up to $165 for there basic u-200 package. Got a rebate in the mail for u-200 for $89.99 called, after 3 people a guy said, oh no one gets thats once they see what it entails because its the family package. I asked why are you offering that for 2 years through u-verse if your telling me everything is switching to direct TV in the next year. Crooked company. Im switching
