Customer service has completely vanished since the entrance of the big box stores into the market place. That is what I thought until I met these guys. They have restored my faith in true customer service with one 20 minute trip to their store. First I called and told Ken, the owner, what was going on with my iphone. I had a brand new iphone(which I was using for parts)and my current iphone that I needed to swap the screen out on. I had already taken the new screen off of the new phone and tried to put it on the old phone. Needless to say, it wasnt connecting exactly right... He told me to bring it up there and I would probably have to leave it with him for a couple of days since it was Saturday at 3PM and they close at 4PM. I arrived right around 3:40 and Ken proceeded to ask questions to diagnose the problem. He told me to hang on a sec to see if he could fix it real quick. Mind you, this is approximately 3:50PM on a Saturday night. Ken comes from the back about 15 minutes later to give me the good news. He fixed it! In all honesty this wasnt my phone but my girlfriends phone and if I didnt come home with a fixed phone that day, I would have probably had to sleep outside that night. Thank you Ken and Prestige Electronics, you are my hero! I will be back for all my cell phone and electronics needs.

This place is a joke. Took my GS4 here after the power button quit working. They told me the "power circuit" was bad and I had to get a new phone. They couldnt even get it to turn on. I brought it home, plugged it into my computer and turned it on.. I brought it back to Presteige and gave them a chance to fix my phone properly and they wouldnt. Then I brought the phone to eTech in St. Charles. He fixed the phone in 20 minutes. He let me see the "repair" Presteige did under a microscope and the solder looked terrible. They also put the button on the wrong way. This is why it didnt work. Do not take your phone here. eTech did it professionally with flex and was 40 dollars cheaper than Presteige. Do yourself a favor. Skip this place. ********* Update: Ken called me and left me a voicemail. I went into Presteige tonight and they refunded me my money. I am updating the rating because they refunded me.

Terrible service. One guy ken runs the whole store and when you look into his eyes you can tell hes an idiot. I came in to get my PS3 fixed for a yellow light of death problem (a relatively simply fix if you have the tools). I brought it in saturday and he said he would have it wednesday at the latest. I called him thursday afternoon after he never called me and he said he couldnt fix it. The secret to his business model is he charges 30 bucks up front for the repair even if he knows he cant fix it. Overall if youre going for a repair dont waste your money at this place. He did have cool older games and systems for sale but that was the only redeeming quality of the store.

I have to say Ken at Prestige Electronics did a great job fixing my iphone 4. First they replaced the screen cheaper than anyone else in town has ever done before and they also did it a lot quicker. I was also having sensor issues from a previous fix from another company so I took it back in the next day and Ken fixed that as well and gave me a really nice discount on top of it. I would highly suggest them to anyone who needs their phone worked on. I will definitely go back the next time I break my screen or anything else, which seems to happen every five or six months. Thanks Ken.

I have to say these guys are amazing. I live in Boston and work in St Louis. I sort of knew the prices for my damaged screen repair for my Droid DNA (similar to the Droid One). I called a few places and they ranged from really high to low and I picked Prestige (one of the lowest priced sites) and figured I had nothing to lose - the phone was working but not well. They ordered the part and took a 50% deposit and called me when the part arrived. They did what they said theyd do - they repaired the phone and it works fine now. Ive very pleased

I was looking to replace my broken screen on my galaxy s2 and found Prestige Electronics. Compared to other similar shops, this was far and away least expensive. I brought it in and although they did not have replacement in stock it took only 3 days for my phone to be repaired. Quick, courteous service for an unbeatable prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone. They also sell video games, consoles, etc. If you have any problems with electronics, give these guys a call, and you wont regret it. Great experience, Thumbs way up!!!!

These guys were quick, efficient, and a great price! My dog was chasing a fly behind our TV, got tangled up in all the cords and when he came running out from behind the TV he pulled our Wii down with him! Shattered on the ground! I called these guys and they took my Wii that afternoon. One business day later, and only $35, my Wii was back at home, plugged in and working great! The staff is friendly, to the point, not over-promising, and not condescending! Plus their shop is full of awesome old vintage consoles to look at!

I love the guys at Prestige Electronics. They make having broken stuff hurt less. Its bad enough you have something that broke (at the least opportune time) and its going to cost you more than you want to spend (cause you wanted to spend nothing since you didnt want it to break). They are fast, very cost effective and extremely courteous. And funny from time to time. Thanks Shannon and Ken for always taking good care of me.

My sons Galaxy S3 charging port was broken so I took it to Ken to get replaced. Turned out that the charging port was just bent and he bent it back into place and the phone now takes a charge again. Ken told me that there was no charge for the repair service. An honest reliable repair shop Ive already recommended his shop to many of my friends and neighbors. Fantastic place to take your broken phone to get repaired.

Brought in my Samsung Galaxy phone that was having a sticky power button and kept powering itself off and on. AT&T couldnt help me since it was out of warranty, and actually told me that wasnt the problem. Prestige gave me my options and had it fixed within an hour, have not had the problem since. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would use them again for sure

I dropped my phone this morning and the screen was completely shattered. The phone was also a little bent. I dropped the phone off at Prestige and within a half hour the repairs were complete and the phone looked brand new again. I thought these folks were knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The pricing was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this store.
