Rick sure knows his stuff and will go out of his way to help you......to a point. But if you have problems later down the road and hes had enough of you, Then hes an A #1 jerk and is condescending, rude and mean! Spent lots if $$$$ there too. Really disappointed in his customer service and treatment of people who are not knowledgeable in his line of work. Isnt that what you go into business for? To help people or to degrade them with eye rolls. Jerk! Dont need that Crap!

If I could give negative stars I would. I stopped in to discuss my CPU issues & possible repairs. I also wanted to discuss how we could help each others businesses since we both own businesses in the local area. I will NEVER refer my business nor any professional I work with. A review I read said that he was honest & had integrity. JA !!! LOL. Rich was VERY rude and pretty much an A-hole

ASAP Computers is always helpful and informative regarding those "machines" we have come to depend on/need on a daily basis! Rich has come to our office to fix networking issues. We also recently purchase a 1 year old laptop from him for our 13 year old son. Rich is always happy to discuss software / Windows issues as well. We will be using ASAP Computers for years to come!
