I highly recommend not going to this location. This place is a joke. Sometimes I go in and get a knowledgeable person, but thats rare. Bought a htc m8 almost a couple months ago. Went back the next week because I wasnt getting 4g and I only have 14 days to return/exchange. The employee told me that it had something to do with the towers and the phone is fine. So I called Sprint on an unrelated topic and just mentioned the 4g. The lady was friendly and knowledgeable (which is not the norm). She said that Ive never gotten 4g and I needed a new phone. So. I take it to the Arnold store (again), and the employee is insisting that I have 4g. So I give it another week. After not getting 4g I took it back to the store. The employee once again tells me Im getting 4g. At this point Ive done my research and Ive discovered that this is a known defect with the early models. I mention this and the employee is still telling me that my phone is fine. I left. They arent a tech store anyway. But now I have got to go to another store way out of my way when I dont have the time. Many people complain about Sprints service. To me its just fine. And their plans are cheaper so I can live with that. But their employees. In store and usually customer service are almost always horrible.

I really wish I could give this store Zero stars. This is the worst place I have ever visited. The manager was crude, unintelligent and an imbecile. I was referred here by the sprint in festus and the store there was remarkably more professional given they arent a corporate office it sure is shocking. The manager would not return a device that was specifically requested to go to this store and he sarcastically mocked me. He did not wear a name badge either so I can not call out this pitiful individual directly. He was disrespectful and all around a waste of my time. He also said the customer care lied to me about my return. He stated he was the manager and if that is so, he needs to get his, and his teams stuff together.

I wish i could give it 0 stars.... so basiccly my mom went in to get a new phone yesterday at that store. And the (danielle) lady kept trying to up sell her by getting a 400$ speaker, she kept trying to catch us off guard and say "well what color speaker do you want:" and she also did not let my mom get what phone she wanted my mom wanted the cheeper one, yet she did not ask us what one we wanted and just went back and got the newest and must expensive one..the next day my mom was having troubles hearing it today so she went back up and get the same girl again.. and she was all like "well i can hear it all just fine" and "well you have all your apps installed on it do your really want to get a new one"

I chose this store to switch my 5 lines from ATT based on positive reviews from some close friends and family members who also recently switched. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very welcoming. We visited the store two times before we bought phones and received the same excellent service each time. We were offered water and snacks while we waited and multiple employees worked together to make the process more efficient. I thank this store for a wonderful transition from our old carrier. This is the only corporate owned store in Arnold. These guys are top notch!

When I was visiting the area I had some issues with my phone and I stopped in to see if I could get some help. All of the employees went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue and it ended up being a simple matter so I greatly appreciate all of their efforts and time! One of the managers chatted with me while I waited, great guy! I believe his name was Brian Card. If I ever need anything and am in the are I definitely plan on stopping in to the Arnold store! And I plan on recommending this store to all my St.Louis area friends!

Bad costumer service, left store with no phones working and was told to come back in the morning and we will see what we can do. Just trying to switch over a phone, she obviously did not know what she was doing. Went to the location in South County where I should have gone in the first place. Josh was great had the phones switched and contacts downloaded in half hour. If you are doing any thing with your phone per Sprint go see Josh at South County location he was great!!!! I will never go back to Arnold Sprint again.

Every time I call to check on something first nobody answers so it rings for 10 times and goes back to the main menu. After someone does finally answer and check on my phone,I wait on hold for 15 minutes. I know they are not busy because every time Im in the store some lady is listening to her headphones playing on her phone not doing anything and letting the phone ring. Some people are nice but I should not be waiting on the phone this long seriously.

My in-laws had Internet for one year. (We paid in full upfront.) At the end of their term ( their on their 80s), they said we still owed. After going back and forth they sent us to a collection agency. We went ahead and paid it, even though we had a zero balance. Sprint then said they over paid and had a credit for 9 dollars. So I drove up to this store from Cape expecting okay service based on these reviews. The 3.5 stars they have DO NOT reflect the level of customer service they provide. These gentlemen are genuinely awesome people, who care about your individual situation enough to get to know you on a personal basis. Best Sprint store Ive been to hands down.10/10 would recommend!

The employees at this store are horrible. Very bad customer service. Tried to pay a bill and the heavy set man that works there thru the paper back in my brothers face because my brother said that the account number was on the paper he just handed him. They didnt have change so wanting customers to over pay and when customer didnt want to the guy got mad.

Worst experience ever. Danniel Whitehead added things on our phone plans that we didnt want. She added the IPhone forever which we specifically said we did not want. And she added insurance on every single line which we also did not want . We feel scammed. So disappointed in the customer service.

The staff so far has been hit or miss. The people that helped me last night were friendly. The store isnt as appealing to the eye as it should be for a Cell phone sales store. But they have a nice selection of things other that cell phones which was nice.

I never leave reviews but with the poor customer service we got yesterday I feel its necessary at this point. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 extra miles to a nearby sprint store and avoid this one all together. Employees were so rude it was unreal.
