Very cool and respectable people...ask for Marcell or James..they will make sure that you leave this store with a smile and they sit down with you to explain any and everything that you may not understand...they also help you to stay within your budget so there will be no stress on you when its time to make comfortable payments. Their goal is always to make sure you OWN your merchandise and not just RENT. Thanks and excellent job to James and Marcell

All of the TVs in the building were way too loud as someone coming in with a two week long migraine, who just got out of the hospital, looking to rent a TV that was advertised on the website at this location, and wouldnt be able to even get the TV until Monday and needing 4 references stating they know me and can confirm my address, absolute BS. The rep who was "helping" us, was smug about not having the product and basically told us to leave.

Why do you constantly call and harass people? I hate dealing with this place because the fact not only do they text you and email u to remind you like a week before the payment is due they call on the day and the day after up until I have got calls at 8pm and 9pm asking for their money? Like really? I was in the hospital just had a csection and they were blowing up my phone looking for money. This place is ridiculous.

The staff seemed uncaring, and ignored me until there were no more people of color to serve, which was sad, since I have not predjudices
