The Phone Doc in Imperial was awesome!!! The customer service was beyond exceptional! They were able to fix our Apple I-phone 7 screen faster than Sprint and the Apple Store!! Sprint quoted me 150.00 and it would be ready in 7-10 business days. If you did a phone claim, they would have charged $250.00 for next day shipment of a new phone and I would have had to hassle with sending the old phone back! With the Apple store, I was going to have to make an appointment (usually within 24-48hrs for next avail appt) and drive out to West County for them to charge me 150.00 with a 7-10 day return rate. The phone doc had our phone ready in less than 2 days (only because he didnt have our screen in stock or it would have been even faster!!) After repairing the phone, he went out of his way to help us restore our photos and contacts after doing a factory reset.... he even went out of his way to order a new phone protector for our phone, saving me from having to shop/buy it anywhere else! I highly recommend using the Phone Doc for your screen repairs!!!!

I called 5 or 6 shops, and Paul is the only guy in St. Louis who was willing to take on the challenge of replacing the screen on my HTC M9. HTCs are known to be extremely time-consuming to fix, but the Phone Docs flat up-front price was still VERY fair for the 90+ minutes of hard work he put into making my M9 good as new again. Hes also very flexible with his schedule and went out of his way to accommodate me after hours. *Highly recommended!* Now I dont have to waste several hours downloading all my apps onto a new phone, struggling to remember passwords, or going through the shameful process of mooching Netflix and ESPN logins off of my brother all over again.

I have an iPhone 6s Plus. I tried repairing the shattered glass myself. I had the phone apart and didnt realize how complicated it was. There are several data cables, tiny crews, plates, camera, and various parts that were removed. I had the phone in pieces. After 2 hours of trying to repair the phone myself, I gave up. The Phone Doc repaired my phone. I expected to have issues, but everything on my phone works exactly as it did when it was brand new. I highly recommend The Phone Doc. My phone was ready when promised, and there were no additional fees.

I shattered my screen and glass was literally falling off of my iPhone 7s Plus. The deductible and waiting period to go through my carrier was ridiculous. I was skeptical taking it to a third party but when I walked into the Phone Doc, I immediately felt reassured. Paul the owner could not have been more pleasant and personable and within 20 minutes I had a brand new screen (and I got to watch him operate!) yes, yes, 150% yes I recommend Dr. Paul at The Phone Doc. He doesnt over charge and hes pretty cool, too. Nice guys dont always finish last!

Joe was awesome! Repair only took about 20 Minutes, applied the tempered glass perfectly and even gave me a complimentary lighting USB charger! Also from personal research he is the cheapest hands down, especially for the iPhone 6 Plus! All models he beat the competitors! I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6 this weekend and called The Phone Doc, LLC to repair it. They got me in the same day I called, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Not only did they do a great job, they even three in a complimentary phone charger. The guy I worked with was very friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone!
